I was never going to go to another JJ because of the price for my very first JJ sandwich. In the other store, She charged me over $13.00. I happen to find a $20 in my junk draw so I went to this one. Thinking about the mean lady at the other store but went in this one anyway. I’m glad I went in.
(In the other store. It looks like a campany done it again put a real jerk for a Manager. In the other store, She never care about Nothing but her Power.) She didn’t let me know how to find the discount when I told her it was my first time being there. I said don’t know how to get what ever she was talking about. She really didn’t care at that point. Then I spoke up and said what kind of people get the discount? She said it was an app. (She should look up what customer service means.) Then I said I don’t get chips? She said No! but go ahead I’ll give you one. Then I said oh thanks and started looking. She started to rush me and said pick one I have to write down what you get. She made sure once again her POWER shows. The people that worked with her should be happy not scared of miss POWER. I’ll never go back to her store. This JJ showed me real Comfort! Thanks again.
And for miss POWER just because I asked for things not on the menu you shouldn’t roll your eyes about it. I don’t keep a new place menu in my back pocket. And I can’t read the hole menu in front of my face. You could help a customer out!

Paid 33 for 2 beach club sandwiches. They couldn’t find the order. We got it, came home. 2 slices of turkey. Paid 33 for essentially vegetarian sandwiches. Primarily lettuce. Super angry. Had such high hopes.

I’ve eaten in the restaurant once, had them deliver about 4-5 times. The order is always accurate, the food is delicious, and it doesn’t take an hour for delivery. Very positive experience consistently. Thank you for always giving me a lunch to look forward to that I know will be awesome!

I ordered a wrap with no onions, they put onions on it. Luckily I watched him make it and saw the onions go on it. I asked about senior or military discount and was told I needed to come inside to get that. After making a second wrap without onions, he handed to me out the window with the bag of chips I had ordered without putting it in a bag and without napkins. A wrap with a bag of chips was over $12, but they can’t afford napkins and a bag making it easier on the customer to carry the order

Took over 90 minutes to get our delivery order. I called after 45 minutes had gone by & they told me there was only 2 people working & they are super busy, but our order will be going out next. It took another 45 minutes after my call for our order to be delivered . On app wanted sandwiches cut in half, none of them were. Also, no names on sandwiches as requested. Delivery guy did apologize about being late. Just ridiculous that on a Saturday evening a store would only schedule 2 people. In the past we have had good service & quality sandwiches from this location, but the past 2 delivery orders have not been up to the normal standards for this location.

If I could leave a negative star, I would. This establishment has utter morons as delivery drivers. Twice, they have delivered my order to the wrong address. The first time, they issued a subpar apology and a credit for a future order. On the second occurrence, I called them and verbally placed my order with an associate. I told them to please ensure the delivery was to the correct address this time and not the business it was erroneously delivered to prior. I confirmed the address, twice, and hoped for the best. Once again, my order was delivered to the wrong address. The rude, entitled little girl that answered the phone needs to be retrained on customer service because she’s lacking profusely in that department.

Love the food, however somehow I always get terrible service. My most recent experience they quickly stated “jimmy johns” at the box like I was interrupting them. When I got to the window they said “here ya go” turned around and walked away as I was thanking them. I have bad days so I usually chalk it up to that, but when it’s consistently like this, it starts to feel like they are just being rude. It may be worth driving the extra 10 miles and going to the Washington location.
