Moving reviews over from Yelp. This was the closest JJ to an office I worked out of for four years and the review was written after my first visit to this location. I ate their food at least once a week the whole time I worked there because JJ is my preferred fast food. Dine-in, carry-out and even delivery. This location is simply not a great example of a Jimmy Johns.

This is the JJ location closest to my new office. They have a drive-thru. They are convenient…but – dammit – they can’t be trusted. Today’s sandwich had hard, unripe tomato slices on it. No quality control process should have ever let those land on my sandwich. Truly, they never should have even made it past the prep station.
Fortunately, I dined-in and was able to get them replaced. Had I grabbed the sandwich to go or used their drive-thru I would have been really pissed. As is, it made me pretty unhappy to have been served a sub-standard product. Being charged a quarter for a water cup just added insult to injury!

I am usually a fan of Jimmy John’s, but today this location is a disaster. The JJ staff used two full booths for trash (see the photos). Just about all the other tables were full. I commented to the staff and they ignored me. This is a MAJOR fault of the management team. I also filed a report with telljj, but I doubt that qualtrics survey will see the light of day. P.S. To all readers . The person posting as the owner with the bit.ly link is a total scam. It results in a top level domain in Russia. The JJ corporate office should be concerned.

It’s just a good Jimmy Johns. I picked up a large box lunch order and they had it bagged and ready. It was really busy but they had no line. They also have a drive thru which is nice.

First time at this location. Stop in for lunch. Guy was nice who took my order. The girl who laid my food on the counter with no bag nor napkins was rude. It’s sad that customers appreciation is no longer. And I’m not understanding why they toasted my lettuce.

cody took our order in the drive true lane. He was extremely rude. We stood in front of the micro phone for over 30 seconds and said HELLO in the microphone and he told us : “you don’t need to have an attitude for sitting there for 30 seconds.” We were shocked. He was very disrespectful. This happened today at 12: 45 PM. we are calling coorpoate to let them know what our expereience was.

I’ve been going to this Jimmy John’s three times a month since it first opened. Not because it’s amazing (it isn’t) but because it’s close to my job.
Pros
— They generally get my (simple) order correct.
— I’ve never gotten sick after eating there.
— It’s (usually) not super busy.
Cons
— The back of the restaurant is filled with small flying insects that land in your food while you try to eat. It’s been this way for months, possibly because they constantly leave the back door open.
— The bathroom is often unavailable due to employees vaping in there.
— There are ten employees behind the counter – and none of them will speak to you, make eye contact, or acknowledge you in any way.
— They often ignore the dine in customers and focus solely on drive through.
Today I watched 4 customers stand in line for 15 minutes while the only working register was tied up with a delivery driver. Not one employee behind the counter said a word, apologized, or at least acknowledged the customers patiently standing in line. Those customers may still be standing there for all I know since I eventually had enough and walked out.
I’m sure this place will be fine without my business as there aren’t many restaurant’s nearby. Regardless, I’ll drive a little further from now on.

Sandwich was gross. Not sure why they would serve something that they knew no customer would eat. Like why use an ingredient that has obviously gone bad? They’re wearing gloves but girls fingernails had punched holes in the fingertips lol.
