Can’t give you his or the other girls name. But there was two employees there when I walked in around 2ish, who was able to brighten my mood a bit, immediately after a really sucky situation (not due to jimmy John’s) and I just thank they deserve some appreciation and thanks. People like this is what makes a business that is constantly interacting with people one on one. Thank you guys. I wish I got your names. 🙂

Terrible customer service from your jimmy johns employee delivery driver. She yelled at me because I didn’t give her the tip that she would have liked. If your first reaction is to yell at someone because they didn’t tip you as much as you wanted, you don’t deserve a tip at all! People can only do as much as they can. What do you expect? A $100 tip for delivering a sandwich?! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I’ve never experienced such rude service.

Staff was nice i guess. I had a blonde girl make my sandwich. I will say when someone gets a veggie sub. Maybe make sure there’s veggies on. My sandwich was sad and wimpy won’t come back.

I order from here at least 1-2x a week. And the past month my orders have been messed up or hour + wait times for delivery (I’m a mile down the road). Today my order was a lettuce wrap and got one piece of turkey on it, two strips of bacon and their cheese, didn’t even put the mayonnaise on it. The constant mess ups with my orders, I won’t be returning to this location.
