Out of chicken and the people you have working there are rude. I waited for 15 minutes just for them to not ask me what I was there for and had to wait for my husband to call me to tell me that they didnt have chicken when I was standing right there! Maybe if the worker wasn’t using it as a daycare for her child than they might be interested in working.

So they had a sign stating that no more walk in orders only drive through…which the other semi truck drivers told me and they were able to order at the window but when I went I was denied…is it because I’m not white or maybe I looked homeless because my work actually gets dirty as a semi truck driver? They girl at the window kept saying ” She said NO!”

Attempted to use a reward from my JJ rewards account and the manager refused it because it was an “online order only” reward. I questioned it as other locations work with me and the manager said there wasn’t a way for them to enter it into the register. That would’ve been fine if that were the end of it but as i walked away, she said under her breath “it’s only 5 bucks.” Regardless of how much money it is, a customer facing employee should never shame a guest.

I ordered 2 Giant #1 with one cutting into 1/2, the other into 1/4. The person who made my order was super busy with all their lunch rush orders as there are only 2 of them on site. She not only made my order fast, but also was able to multi-task (while taking drive-thru calls). When she handed me my order, she told me that she marked those 2 orders so that I don’t get confused. What a thoughtful action! Thank you!

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a restaurant on multiple occasions. The first time my fiance and I came to this location we ordered online through the app as we both had just gotten off of work and just wanted to get food an go home. I then get a call after about 5 minutes with the employee saying that they were out of bread, we understood and were given the option of each of our sandwiches made with the smaller sized bread. We declined because they said they would only make one which would be half the size for the price of a regular sized sub, I then ask to just get a refund and was told that I would have to call the next day to speak with the store manager. I called the next day and was told they cannot make refunds made for orders made on previous days and that we were “out of luck” according to the manager. I then told my fiance that we would not be going back for awhile, well tonight was that night and boy it was not great. We once again order on the app due to work and get our sandwiches after waiting 15 minutes for fresh bread to be made. We understood as dinner rush had probably just finished and they were making the last of the bread for the night, granted we had ordered about 20 minutes before we showed up and still had to wait. We eventually get our subs and make our way home and are met with a sub made correctly and one made absolutely completely wrong. My fiance offers to go back as I was in the shower and she goes to take it back, this time she calls ahead and is told they have no bread again, she relays this to me in a text after I’m out of the shower and I say I just want a refund and I’ll find something at home. She passes that on to the person on the phone and is told that they do NO refunds on online orders and they can either make the little sub but once again only one for the price of the regular size or we get nothing. My fiance agrees to this and gets the sub. This is insane, I’ve had this kind of situation a multitude of times in mount vernon and have been given a refund on every occasion I had asked for one even if the order was made online, this is not only the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve been too but probably one of the worst services I’ve ever been given at a restaurant. Under no circumstances should anyone give this franchise owner money. 0/10
