Update: as of 8/30/25 this jimmy johns has improved, the food arrived much faster and in a reasonable amount of time (Saturday afternoon) and the quality was where it should be. Hopefully this performance continues.
Placed an order today and it still hasn’t arrived an hour later. I called to check the status of my order and all I was told it “we’ve been slammed, so we haven’t been able to get any delivery drivers out” I did my best to be nice because it sounded like the person on the other end of the phone was trying their best
Order time on receipt is 5:33 pm
Order arrived at 6:55 pm
But this is absolutely unacceptable! Domino’s delivers faster. How can this take an hour? Over an hour?!? Can someone do something to make this establishment and server deliver food with any level of reasonable speed? I know I’m not the only person to write a review saying my food took too long.
Edit to add, when my wife opened her sandwich to check we had asked for no tomatoes and tomatoes were placed on the sandwich and the quality of cucumbers was far worse than expected
I am severely disappointed and this is unacceptable

Great customer service. They made a tiny error and the manager made it right immediately. He was very polite and respectful, as was the rest of the staff.
But…… prices are outrageous. You’re better off going to a supermarket or local gas station for a sandwich and drink.

I placed an order for “freaky fast” delivery with 3 sandwiches total at 12:49pm. I called the store at 1:50pm to see where my order was since it had been an hour. They said it should be here in 5 minutes and they didn’t know what was taking their delivery person so long. They offered nothing to make up for the fact that I had been waiting an hour for a sandwich from a restaurant that claims to be fast. Once we got the sandwiches, which were ordered toasted, they were barely warm and not even made correctly. It was a very pathetic experience and something needs to be figured out.

I ordered an Uber eats. Uber was great however, Jimmy John’s sucks! My order was wrong. They didn’t cut my sandwich in half and all I got was two pieces of cheese and French bread. Why the hell would I order $25 worth of food to get bread and cheese they wouldn’t even correct my order or refund me or offer a solution they said they couldn’t do nothing would not use this location Ever again!!

Everytime I have gotten delivery it’s been different like just today I ordered a kickin cajun chicken unwich with the bow tie pesto and bottle of sprite and I don’t think you guys have starcrunches as desert items, but…. instead of my sprite I got a starcrunch? And the last time I ordered they put cucumbers on my sandwich instead of pickles and they forgot my fountain sprite. Like…. are they just not reading the order fully or just forgetting my drink? And what’s with that random starcrunch? And I’m just straight across the street when I order delivery so it’s not like they have to go far so… I don’t know. Food is good, but after delivery fee it’s almost 30 bucks for a combo meal so it would just be nice to get everything I had ordered and not forget my drink and not give me random things that aren’t even on the menu.

The “General Manager” says he cant sell bread because he isnt a “bakery”, another reason he had was “he didnt have enough bread” both are sorry excuses. I think generally as a general manager it would be your fault that you dont have enough bread on hand, not the customer’s fault. You are the ONLY LOCATION THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO THAT HAS REFUSED SERVICE. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!

Waited 30 minutes for an online pickup order while they made sandwiches for about 20 people that just walked in. Got told, “we don’t know when you’re doing to show up with online orders.” Even as I was waiting other people walked in, ordered, amd got their food while we just stood there. Never coming here again.

This location is awesome!! I had an issue with an order, and they took care of me stupendously, with a nice store credit (we had to eat our sandwiches on the run, couldn’t take care of it that night). When I called to do a replacement order, the manager took care of taKing my order, and told me that the driver would be here asap. The driver was here very quickly, the sandwiches were perfect, and they had even written Thank You on both wrappers. I realize mistakes are made, but how the situation is handled by the company, in order to rectify it, is what really counts. This Jimmy Johns did right by me! Thanks JJ
