Here’s the lid that’s supposed to be covering the tub holding ‘yesterday’s bread’. It’s been knocked off onto the dining room floor. Imagine how slippery it is. It was there when I got here. It was there when I left — a half hour later. No telling how long it has been there. While I was there I observed 2 employees completely ignore this and walk around it — and one of them did it twice. These employees are somewhat below the bare minimum. Evidently none of them care very much about anything. This reflects poorly on the Jimmy John’s chain of restaurants.

I normally have good experiences at JJ’s. I work 4 minutes down the road on Formosa and when I got back to work and went to put salt and pepper on the sandwich, the lettuce had so many brown spots…. the sandwich was not even 15 minutes old at this point so the person making the sandwich had to have known he was putting old/bad lettuce on the sandwich. This was my first experience at this location.

People were pleasant and greeted us when we first arrived. Sandwich was made our way and correct. Sandwich had lots of meat and veggies, making it very tasty. Would recommend, plus the place is clean with seating for small and large groups.

Walked in and stood at counter for quite a while without any acknowledgment. No one else in the place and only one car in the drive through and 3 employees working. We left and will not be back.

Went at 830 and the guy told us that they were out of bread….. lie… and they could only use card probaly meaning they closed the cash drawers early. The sign says 9 clearly maybe you should close the store earlier if you can’t find workers that’ll do the job

Been here many times with small and large orders with no issues ever. This time same thing, great sandwich and service. Even got my birthday sandwich because they asked for my rewards #. If he had not asked I would have lost it in a few days. Keep up the great job.

Man, I love myself some Jimmy John’s, hands down my favorite sub shop. I ordered a #12 Giant and a B.L.T. Unwich w extra bacon, no shredded lettuce, $28.
The young man that rang up our order seemed a little high or seriously preoccupied by the headset that was clearly too big for his head. We got the #12 sandwich and my B.L.T w extra bacon, but no chips or drink. I asked about it, and he just didn’t hear me. He gave me a bag of chips and a water which was kind.
Anyway, the shop was colder than Christmas, so we ate outside, which was nice.
