Always super fast when I dona delivery. I eat here at least once a week sometimes twice. Always delivery. They are always super nice on the phone and the drivers. Even when I ordered a sandwich 45 minutes before close still super nice!

Past three times…..out of bread. A sandwich shop. That’s literally all they make. I understand it happening here and there but the past 3x I’ve been?! So it happens clearly all the time. Don’t build something in a populated area and just be absolutely terrible; could be such a money maker! According to others service is bad. Who owns this? Do something! I don’t understand how an owner of a business can read these reviews and not want to jump in and rectify the situation. I’m done giving this place my money. I will wait a few months in hopes I will have just one good experience where I just go order a sub sandwich, it gets made on bread, and handed to me in a decent amount of time. I’ve never been to a bad Jimmy John’s till this one.

My delivery driver Robert is the man! Got my girlfriends delivery fast and he was very friendly. I had to ask him his name once he told me to “have a blessed day”. If I had cash on me, I would’ve left him a bigger tip.

Had issuea with the app. It said my card was declined, i tried 6 times to charge, and each time declined. Noticed it was charging me, so I went to the store to see if they got my order. The person in the drive-through said yes, come up to the window. Drive through was super slow, i waited 14 minutes to get up to the window to be told they didn’t have my order. Then, instead of fixing the issue in the drive-through, they wanted me to come inside and order. I was in a hurry and waited long enough. Looked at my transactions, and I was charged 6 times and only refunded 4 times. I paid for 2 sandwiches, and I didn’t even get one. They told me it could take 5 days to refund. Also, rewards aren’t loaded or tracked when you use the mobile app.

The sandwiches were tasty, but seemed a bit light on the filling when compared to the large bun. I threw away the top bun and folded the bottom. Then I really liked it!

Not sure how someone can mess up a sandwich. I ordered the #12 with no mayo, lettuce or mayo because I haven’t been feeling too well. When I got the sandwich it only ZERO meat and only cheese and cucumbers only. What’s the point of a sandwich then?! I should have looked at the reviews prior to ordering because I’ve never seen a Jimmy John’s with a 2 star rating. Horrible management.

Not-So Freaky Fast. SLOW in-store pickup service. SLOW delivery service. SLOW drive-through service. It’s not unusual for the store manager to simply cancel orders when the staff can’t keep up. The store turns off online ordering and delivery frequently for the same reason. Parking for in-store pickup is very limited and drive-through service is very slow, resulting in long lines which further clog the parking lot. The sandwiches are OUTSTANDING. The service is poor. Avoid this Jimmy John’s location until store management gets it act together.

Freaky slow, freaky slop. There is nothing fast about this Jimmy John’s. The workers were super friendly, but nobody was doing anything in a timely fashion. I was the only person in the drive through and there were 3 people inside, and I waited forever for my 2 sandwiches only to get home and find them tossed together, with brown lettuce and no extra mayo like requested. So disappointing. Please, just do better!

This place was built in an area of high traffic, yet the building itself is tiny (hardly a place to sit or dine), and the parking lot is atrocious. Hardly many spots to park and the drive thru is constantly packed with cars flowing out into a busy road. This is my normal experience with this place, and today was no different. I (along with many others) had to park a few parking lots away only to enter the place with several people standing around and waiting. There were some who had online orders that were there for almost an hour waiting on their food.
I don’t blame the workers on this situation as it was clear they were working hard at getting the orders prepared as fast as possible. I blame the management and owners for being unprepared to handle such a situation. They need staff dedicated to the drive thru, staff dedicated to handling the inside orders, and staff to handle the online orders. I know that sounds overkill, but as busy as this place is consistently, I think they can afford to double their staff. Obviously, this doesn’t fix the bad design of the building or parking lot, but increasing the staff should help get people in and out faster. They need to change their slogan to “freaky slow and understaffed”.
