Way better than Alton !!!!Whoop. I love Jimmy John’s, and after dealing with the Alton store, I was fed up with the nonsense and just can find other places to eat. I stopped by the Wood River location on my way to Edwardsville last night only because of convenience of location and was really pleased with them their svc their speed and quality of the food. Thank you, Wood River Jimmy John’s. I still will not Order from the Alton location again !!! But atleast I know where one is that I will. Jimmy John’s needs to get a handle on their Alton location.

This location was doing well for about 4 months it seemed after being trash since the pandemic.. now it seems they are back to being poor quality. They’ve already had to refund me once, I am sure they don’t intend to give carbonated water or only one slice of turkey. This is result of hiring kids because you pay below poverty

This is THE slowest Jimmy Johns I have ever been to in my life. I have never had quick service here in the drive through. Plenty of people working so I do not understand why it takes so long when you advertise how fast you are. The one in Edwardsville literally throws the sandwich through you window as you roll up… this one takes 10-20 minutes every single time. Management needs to step it up.

Placed an Online pickup order. Got to the restaurant 20 minutes later and waited at the intercom for 2 minutes before being spoken to then was still waiting for my food for another 6 -8 minutes at the window. Nice girl gave me a cookie for the inconvenience but got home and my order wasn’t made right. Be better Jimmy Johns this was not even close to freaky fast.

They can’t get your order correct even if its placed online spelled out in front of them. Since having covid I can’t eat lettuce..so I ask for NO lettuce the past few times ive been. Every single time it has lettuce on it. Not to mention they’re definitely not “freaky fast” anymore.
