I wish I could give this 0 stars if I could I ordered at 11 and it said it would be here by 11:15-11:30 which is fine because we have a hour lunch. But turns out we would have to wait a HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES for 1 sandwich so I called and they said they are on a third party delivery and my order hasn’t even been picked up so my sandwich has been sitting there for a hour. Mind you guys it’s only 2 miles away! And no call saying that it will take longer or anything so I would gladly of picked it up but no call nothing I had to call to see what’s up

All of our food was made quickly, but I wish more attention had been paid to making the order properly. The J.J. Gargantuan’s in the order were all made well, full of meat, and made according to specifications. My sandwich, a Club Lulu, was missing the provolone that I paid a lot of money to add, and had a scant 3 slices of turkey and 3 halves of bacon, and 4 sad tomatoes (I requested no lettuce), photo included. Every non-Gargantuan sub wasn’t even half filled with toppings. Jimmy John’s is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE to be getting basically bread sandwiches!!!

Where did you find these “employees”? They’re worthless. They made a sloppy sandwich and left off everything I ordered. I called and employee Mumble Mouth said she would refund me. Still waiting on that…. I’d be embarrassed to have my name on a business that’s run so poorly.

I’ve called 2 or 3 separate times and had problems getting a delivery. I’ve been going to the same store for 3 years and normally don’t have problems however the past few times…no delivery driver…. disappointed but ok. Then this last time no bread?!?!?!? Cool np but I would like my money back. It’s been a few days and nothing has come back to my account so I called…they told me everything went back on their end yet….I don’t have the $50 and change back in my account. I’m a reasonable person. I just feel like this is bull. It took less than two minutes to take it out….how come I don’t have it back. The insincerity of the management and employees is kinda concerning. You know that if it was their money, out of their pockets, they would be highly upset. They were stiff and uncaring and now I gotta go find a different place to get food and that sucks cuz I really liked coming there. Disappointed.

I pulled up for the drive thru window because I had a mobile order. I was told to pull around. I sat there and waited about five minutes and nobody came to the window. Finally somebody came, and he’s looking at me confused. I told hm I was waiting, and my order was by the window the whole time. He gave it to me and slammed the window and walked away, no apology or anything. I’ve worked in food service and that’s not how you handle that. Very rude and won’t be back.

They must have changed some employees since the other reviews. The service was fast and polite. The food was good and exactly what I ordered. Not sure what people expect from fast food. If I were to have any negative comment it is that the #7 has mayo on it but it isn’t listed on the board. But that is company wide thing. I ask the question though is there mayo, and I get it removed. I don’t need people to hold my hand and give me conversation while going thru.

The food here is consistently good and seems fresher than other locations, but the workers are usually not very friendly and are sometimes downright rude. They also rarely seem to be in a big rush to make anything “Freaky fast”, but I guess that’s the compromise to have the food correct and fresh. I’d rather have good food with slower service than the other way around, but having both would be great.

We ordered 6 large subs Wednesday night and every one of them was either missing cheese or bacon. This is the 2nd time they have messed our order up in a row so I called and spoke to Brady. He told me that I could come back up and they would remake them. We were already home and 3 of our kids are sick So that wasn’t an option. He said that I could come up another day and get the order remade and that he would write my name down. Tonight, 2 days later, we came in to try to get the order remade and they refused to do it. I had the receipt, Brady’s name, and all of the details they could possibly need. They told me that my only option was to come in a different time when the general man was there. The food is terrible because it seems they cannot make anything correctly and the customer service is terrible.
No one was the least bit helpful or even apologetic for all of the trouble. I will say that Zack did call and talk to the managers and they are the one’s that refused to help. Doesn’t seem like they care to lose a customer because that is abs what happened tonight. Take your business to someone that appreciates it.

Have loved this Jimmy John’s location for years. As of late they’re slower and constantly get my order incorrect. It’s frustrating and appears to be careless mistakes from moving too fast. Even got unripe tomatoes on my sandwich, I was surprised. Always willing to correct it when I call but I’m honestly tired of calling to get it fixed so often.

Hope you guys slow down preparation and increase your level of quality back to where it was in years past.
