I use to love Jimmy Johns and I’m really not a complainer, but dang, 3 times i a row i’ve had a bad experience at this location. 1st time employee were loudly telling an inappropriate story and I had my two kids with me. 2nd time an employee was chewing his fingernails on his phone with the other hand then when he heard me giving my order to the girl at the register he walked over to grab bread and I was like “bruhhhhh you cannot make my sandwich after having your fingers in your mouth” he looked at me like I was really an inconvenience and i tried to explain I’ve owned a restaurant and food safety is important and he rolled his eyes. Then today 12/19 at 6:45 I walked in and there was no one around. No customer and no employees, so i said “hello anyone here” and a woman comes from the back, finishes her text, then puts her phone in her pocket, and was clearly irritated to have a customer, she had an attitude while on the register then AGAIN went directly to making my sandwich. Do food service people not wash their hands anymore? Wont be back again, 3 strikes.

Ordered at 11:17am, called at 12:15 and told it was on the way, called again at 12:30, told it was on the road, called at 12:45, same response. This is common for this location. Love jimmy johns but avoid this one if you can. Always short-staffed.

On 9/16/25 about 8:35 pm in the drive through the worker guy made my $40 order with the same gloves he used on the register, took my credit card payment and pulled up his pants at the waist. Neither of the two guys working changed their gloves! When serving cold food this negligence can cause food born illness and really can make people sick! I asked for my payment back and when he returned my receipt I asked for my credit card back too – he then argued that he gave me my card back and all that time it was sitting inside on the drive through counter. Who ever the owner is I will never return and you need to train your team better! If you Don’t believe me check your cameras! Deadly practices with cold food! I went to fire house subs and stick with a deli place that uses safe practices! Smh

The only reason I didn’t give this one star is because of one girl working. She was very kind and just gave me a really positive energy as she was taking my order. The other lady working there however, she was holding her phone while wearing her gloves. I then saw her start making a sandwich without changing her gloves at all. GROSS. This lady did not acknowledge me when I came in or really at all which is kinda rude. Also they there was hardly any cheese on my sandwich , there was very weird cheese crumbles instead of slices this time? Don’t know what that was about.

Ordered #9 night club Italian. The sandwich itself was decent but the service could’ve maybe been a little nicer. They seemed impatient after I told them it was my first time there (there was no line so I took 2-3 min to look at the menu). They might’ve just been tired and I’m trying to be understanding. It felt like it could’ve been a little more personable or they could’ve offered some guidance? Just a little advice Regardless, they’re still doing a good job!

Very fast service and very good sandwich. I come to a business near this store at least once a week and am always AMAZED how busy Jimmy John’s is!! I would say the college crowd frequents this restaurant.

This has to be the slowest and most understaffed JJs. There was one employee in the store (this was during lunch time). He took the order of the person in front of me and then took my order. He started working on her order and stopped in the middle to help someone who had just walked in the door. Weird, but I get it, you’re one person. He then finishes her order and starts working on the order of the person that came in behind me. After 11 minutes, I finally got my sandwich. Once I got home to eat, the sandwich wasn’t even made correctly. I get it that you can only do so much as one person, but the workflow needs adjusted for sure.

We live 1mile. 4 min of drive time away. I ordered 2 sandwiches with sides and after an hour called for them to say the driver was out with delivery. After another 15 min we called back and driver is still out but location unknown. The excuse was they are very busy. This I understand. But a warning with the time would be nice. If i would have known I would have drove the 4 min myself. After waiting over an hour our delivery never showed. So we called and canceled. We used to order all the time but this has been happening lately. And with having 2 kids at home I can’t deal with the inconsistency and lack or warning. Do not expect a freaky fast delivery. Or one at all really.

I have been a long time customer at this location since I work down the street and don’t like fast food. I’d say myself and others at work order here about 3 times a week. Ever since management changed last year service has gone down hill. I’d say 2/3 of every order I place is missing half of the items. When called they say the will bring and never do. Once or twice wouldn’t be an issue. But missing out on items I pay for is wasting my money. I was told months ago by management they would be more diligent. But have yet to see changes.

Update: Final outcome – 42 minutes after the selected delivery time.
I’ve placed exactly 2 delivery orders from this location. Both orders were decent sized catering orders, placed ahead of time, with a pre-selected delivery time, for organization meetings. Both orders were late. The first order was 15 minutes late. When I called to ask about it, I was told that it was late because they had to make bread, which I assumed they would have made throughout the day, particularly since that order was placed 3 days prior. The second order was place head of time, and is currently 20 minutes late. When I called to ask about it, it had not left the store and I was told that they would make sure it was “the next order they deliver.” Pretty strange for a sandwich chain that bills itself as “freaky fast.” I think McAllister’s will be our go-to sandwich source in the future.
