Ordered a 18 piece box to take to a gathering. Instead of the nice presentation box where you can view each sandwich, I got a box full of 18 wrapped mini-sandwiches with no markings as to which of the 6 sandwich choices were in each package. At the gathering, people were having to open each package to find a sandwich they liked. It was a mess!

Lies about delivery, order goes from “received” to “delivered” without ever being “out for delivery”, order does not arrive until ~20+ minutes from them lying and saying it’s delivered. All of this to game their own system because they are horrendously slow.

Ordered delivery through the mobile app, with customizations for the jalapeno wrap. Unfortunately, the #7 Spicy Italian I also ordered received the customizations of no tomatoes, extra crispy jalapenos, and no cheese. Made for a strange surprise when the driver dropped off our order! I called the store, they offered to remake and redeliver our order.

Really like this Jimmy John, food always good, but can’t understand why the drive-through menu board cannot get fixed. It’s ridiculous that I have to use my light on my iPhone to read the menu board every Wednesday night when I go there after church. Lantern‘s outside on front patio never lit and there is a light on the inside that I am watching that has been burned out for weeks. Surely there is a good electrician in Mattoon Illinois!!!

Went thru the drive thru and ordered an unwich and potato salad. I got a full sandwich and chips. Got all the way back to work, sat down to eat, and realized it was way wrong. You need a screen t the drive thru so people can verify their order.

A good and clean JJ that has good csrs. This location is a bit off of the interstate but worth the travel to get a good clean sandwich!
