In town for work and I have never been to a Jimmy Johns- we don’t have one where I’m from. I’d hear people rave about these subs but I wish I would have seen the reviews first. Got there an hour before closing but took about 2-3 minutes to look over the menu.
The employee there seemed impatient waiting for me so I explained that it was my first time and I didn’t really know how to order. She quickly gave me a vague explanation, but wasn’t very friendly. Not a problem- I picked out two random subs and figured I’d just go on my merry way.
The bread was HARD so I microwaved it for 30 seconds- only to start EATING IT AND SEE MOLD ON THE BREAD!!! MOLD!!! After I had already taken several bites!! What a horrible experience. Never again.

I wanted Tea to drink but it looked like dusty water. Where are the tomatoes? They didn’t even bag the sandwiches, I had to ask.

Really great atmosphere. Sandwiches are D-R-Y. Don’t try the wrap! Would have been nice to get those mayo/mustard sides but you have to go in to get them dispite being in the app. This is a regular thing here – I have extra mayo/mustard in my car from Jason’s Deli as they always neglect to include selected napkins, sids, condiments, sandwich scoops vs full, types of wrap, whether to cut the sandwich or not, etc. all the non-required things you wouldn’t come back or demand a refund for but leave with a dry sandwich not the way you ordered without the side you paid for. They’re ubiquitous at this point – they know they can get away with it and the managers obviously don’t care and let it slide, or can’t get anyone who cares on staff.
Delivery is very average; used to actually be quite fast 10 years ago when I was at ISU. I think they just use the delivery services around town, or they gave up and started doing big group runs of many orders at once for one driver.

This location is on my way to work this is the 3rd time this week i tried to get a toasted sandwich at 930 pm but cant because they cleaned the toaster early wish they had a sign or something online saying tosted only available until 930 thats the 3rd time ive wasted my time

After ordering, we waited 15 minutes and then were told that they ran out of bread. The options given were sliced wheat, lettuce wrap or wait 25 more minutes for bread. We didn’t have time to wait so went with the other options. Wrap was falling apart. Sandwich was subpar. Staff didn’t apologize or acknowledge that we were not getting what we ordered in the time we’ve come to expect from all the countless Jimmy John’s we’ve been to over the years. Disappointing.

This location pretty much sucks. Food poisoning once, Threw a sandwich away recently as well cause the meat was bad, and at any time during rush-hour they’re getting a car through about every five minutes it’s slow as can be.

I ordered from here tonight and usually order from this Location. When my food arrived, there was very little lunch meat on the sandwich. The entire 1/4 of the sandwich has a thin slice of turkey on the turkey Tom and that was it. I called and spoke with the manager, and he offered no resolve to the issue.

I wanted to order some loaves of bread, but I was told they were short and I could only order sandwiches? Is it because a sandwich costs much more than a loaf of bread? I understand you’re not a commercial bakery but aren’t you just proofing dough? With the rising prices of your sandwiches I would assume that you would want to step up your game? Perhaps a little training is necessary and customer service? I realize you will not go broke because I do not shop there. However with your $$$ dollar advertising budget you would think some good, helpful, free advice would be appreciated.
