The staff was extremely nice. But I ordered my food at 11:45 for delivery. By my lunch break at 1, I hadn’t gotten my food delivered. I gave the store a call and they said they would remake and redeliver my food. By 2 I still had not received anything, called the store to get a refund. I waited for the charge to drop off my account and by Friday the charge had gone through. I called the store and was told the GM would contact me Saturday, no call. So out of all of this I didn’t get food and I was charged for the order 🙁

If you’re hungry for jimmy johns via delivery, DO NOT order from this location.. I’ve ordered enough times to know their drivers don’t knock, or my food never arrives. After being put off by the manager twice I asked for a refund, so I get my money back in 3-5 business days. Woohoo!

I ordered on the Jimmy John’s app at 1:30pm so I could eat something before I had to leave for the airport at 2:30pm. I’ve never had issues with deliveries before so I thought it’d be a good fast option. I called at the 40 minute mark to find out what was going on. I was told there was one driver delivering for MULTIPLE stores and when I asked where the driver was as I had to leave soon for the airport, I was told he had no idea how long it would be and had no way of contacting the delivery driver after they left the store. I waited for an hour before I had to leave for the airport. My dad (whose house I had it delivered to) told me it arrived 1.5 hours AFTER I ordered it. That’s absolutely inexcusable, especially for a company that made its slogan “Freaky Fast.”

Do not order from the North Street location. They never have enough delivery drivers and it takes over an hour to get your delivery and the order is ALWAYS messed up. Everytime I order from this location it’s a terrible experience. Instead of freaky fast you should change this locations slogan to freaky slow! I haven’t ordered from Jimmy John’s in almost a year, thought maybe they would have better service this time around but I see nothing has changed I will not be ordering from. Them again. Terrible terrible service!

This was my first time having a bad experience with this Jimmy John’s location. I put in my order at 8:13 pm and waited about an hour before calling. The tracking didn’t update either, it kept saying “we got your order”. When I called the store, the man who answered was rude and told me that the driver tried to call me. I told him that the call probably didn’t go through because I turned on the feature that silences all calls that are not in your contacts (the feature is on all iPhones). But the man on the phone also said I called the driver back, then immediately hung up once he answered, but I never called him because I didn’t even know he had called me. He then told me that he “didn’t know whether to believe me or his driver”. The man on the phone also explained to me that when they couldn’t reach me he told his driver to just FORGET ABOUT MY ORDER and to worry about it later. So my guess is that they were just going to take my money and not ever bring my order so I’m glad I ended up calling them. That’s not all folks! When the driver came to bring me my order the second time he didn’t even know where the door was to get into the building so I know for a fact that there was no effort made to get my order to me the first time around. He could have used the buzzer by the door to ring my apartment or use the code that I provided in the delivery notes to get into the building. He then asked what apartment he was bringing the order to. Then he asked what floor the apartment is on when the apartment number begins with a 3. Like come on. Worst service ever tonight and make sure to keep an eye on everything when you order at this location because there was definitely something sketchy going on tonight and I think I caught them.

Delivery took an hour and a half. There was a Jimmy John’s location on Landmark Dr. which is closer to my house, but the app forced me to use this location for some reason, which is further away. The delivery app. has an option to click where the delivery can be left at the door. I did NOT choose that option. I didn’t want my FOOD left on the GROUND. Yet the delivery driver still left my food at the door even though I didn’t choose that option in the app.
