This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered and gotten a sandwich like the one pictured. I wish I could get delivery at work from the Landmark location, their sandwiches are amazing. I tried to call to find out why my $15 sandwich had 1 piece of turkey and 1 pickle on the entire sandwich and was hung up on. Disappointing as it is a super convenient option for a quick lunch.

Worst JJ in town. I had issues with them 7 years ago, I have issues with them today. Avoid this one, the one on North St is great.
Workers are students, come & go, there is something wrong with the manager/owner.
Today issue: took 35 minutes for <1 mile away delivery. Bread old like rock, the guy sneezed in front of me & didn't cover his mouth...he's just a student...they need to be trained!
No Mayo: they just decided to go no mayo…i guess that is the new style
This location has over and over signaled that they don’t care about customerservice, my problems with them goes back to 7 years ago
Must be ownership or management
I just want to have my orders delivered from North St location, those people are always great & they are trained to add Mayo to sandwiches

To pay $10 for a sandwich that’s damn near bread considering how insultingly you went out my way to short me of my sandwich makings; this is basically a loaf of bread for $10. Unacceptable. Avoid this location; they don’t care

If I could give negative I would. I just went into the store to get TWO sandwiches and the manager along with another employee turned us away because they were too busy making other orders.

Went in and ordered 3 sandwiches. The person taking the order was kind and helpful. However, when we got our sandwiches my daughters had to be thrown away. It tasted and smelled like hand sanitizer. The other 2 didn’t taste like that but weren’t of good quality either.

Filthy tables and chairs. Was charged $2 for a cup of ice water. Way too expensive. Why do you charge 11.75% sales tax that is outrageous. The food was awful quality. Friendly cashier tho.

I usually purchase the Beach Club, I get so disappointed when they slack on the ingredients for the sandwich, I never get very much avocado spread !!!! For $10,.we need to taste what we’re paying for !!! STOP!!! Being stingy with the avocado Spread please !!!!!!
