I sat in the drive thru ready to order for 5 minutes completely ignored. Then remembered I had sandwich fixings in my refrigerator. Your employees complete lack of concern for my order saved me $16. Thanks! Best money I never spent.

Place looked a little deserted from outside, 1 car in lot, not a lot of lighting. When I walked in, no one came out to greet, though I clearly heard people in back laughing. Finally a guy who came in after me, delivery guy?, went behind the counter, and then someone came out, took my order. Hard to understand the person who took my order, he was kind of grunting every time I asked if I can use a coupon, saying, “Huh, uhhmm, it’s ts online.” Then another person, a young woman, helped me figure out coupons online maybe expired. Frustrating experience. Food was good, bathroom was clean. Ok experience, not as friendly as I’m used to usually at JJ’s. Also as I was leaving, another car pulled up, guy came out got something out of the passenger window, weird interaction.

What happened to “freeky fast”? Our order got passed off to Uber Eats with an estimated delivery time of 35 minutes, but it is not guaranteed. It’s been 40 minutes, and still no food is very frustrating

Jimmy John’s consistently delivers tasty sandwiches. The quality of the meat stands out, and the portion sizes are pretty solid. I personally love The Vito—definitely my go-to—but I always add mayo to round out the flavor. We’re also big fans of the Little Johns, they’re surprisingly filling for the size. Our last visit had slightly slower service than usual, but it seemed like the employee might have been new, so no big deal. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for a quick and satisfying lunch.

I don’t know why you have to be so syingy with the hot peppers. Did it ever occur that someone wanting them on a sandwich would actually want to taste them? I ordered a giant and there were hardly any peppers anywhere to be found on it.

Even when swamped with drive thru orders, employees took time, care, and effort with my meal while still getting it out in a timely manner. Inside was clean, service was great, food was excellent!

I went to this JJ’s location and ordered a #4 easy mayo with cheese (see receipt). At the time, I was the only customer in the store and I saw five employees behind the counter working. What I received, as you can see, is a piece of bread with three slices of turkey that don’t even fill up the bread, a few sad tomatoes, and no lettuce (which the #4 is supposed to have) or the cheese I paid extra for. I called the store and was told that they had likely accidentally given me the wrong sandwich. I asked if they could deliver a replacement, I only live two blocks away but it was starting to rain, and they said that would not be a problem. I was very understanding about the whole thing, after all accidents happen. I figured the replacement would arrive in 10-15 minutes given JJ’s whole “freaky fast delivery” mantra, my proximity, and the fact that they are doing service recovery. Evidently this store is not freaky fast at correcting their mistakes and service recovery is a concept foreign to them. Half an hour after my first call to the store I called back to see what the ETA is on the delivery and was told it was 10-15 minutes because “the store is understaffed” (how long does it take five people to make one sandwich when you have no customers?), “no one is trained well enough or knows the sandwiches well enough” (it’s not like you have an easy-to-consult reference source hanging in the store in large print), but that I would be the first stop on the next delivery run. In my mind service recovery might warrant being bumped to the top of the order list and possibly getting a special delivery run especially since it’s so close, but apparently not. Twenty-five minutes after that call (the one where I was told 10-15 minutes) I called back again for an ETA as I was now getting close to the time I had to leave for an engagement (the reason why I planned to have dinner an hour and fifteen minutes ago) and was told that the delivery was out and that the driver was just finishing up the delivery before mine (so I guess that whole thing about me being the first stop on the run was a lie too) and would be here soon. I had to leave at 7:00 PM and the delivery finally arrived at 6:58 (eating a sandwich in two minutes while finishing getting dressed, how fun that was for me), which was a total of an hour and twelve minutes after my first call to the store asking them to correct their mistake. This was my first time going to this location, and as the adage goes you only get one chance at a first impression. Based on this first impression, it seems highly unlikely there will be a second, which is too bad because I was initially glad that I live so close to a sandwich shop. Unfortunately it seems I don’t live anywhere close to a competent one.

My sandwich was clearly missing a substantial amount of meat (see pictures) and when I asked for a little more I was rudely told that I would have to pay for more because that’s what I ordered. Both sandwiches pictured are little johns, one clearly has enough meat and the other does not. I didn’t realize until I left that they charged me for a full size sandwhich instead of smaller size I ordered.

Gotta give it to Jimmy John’s! Thank you for the replacement order. When I received my delivery, I couldn’t pick it up to eat (def turned it into a bowl and just ripped up the tortilla it came in because you gotta be adjustable sometimes) due to how it was wrapped, and this is the replacement that I got when I came in! Not only can I eat it, the pure beauty of it was amazing. I almost felt bad eating this piece of art… almost 😉

Thank you so much to the Manager on duty Tony who crafted this delicious piece of art…mmmmm… Eatable Art!
