The last 3 times I’ve been here I have had to wait 20 plus min at the window for my food. This time the seemed like they were so high they couldn’t read the order. For some reason they toasted my sandwich and it doesn’t come toasted. When I told them I wanted it remade they seemed shocked. After 5 min of staring at the instructions on how to actually make the sandwich … They made it wrong again. The forgot the hot peppers… I was too annoyed to saying then and just left. Whoever runs this place now is just doing a terrible job.

Ordered a delivery order 1/13/24. I had gotten a BLT, the bacon was discolored and brown. I called the store wanting my money back. I was told they could give me a $5 credit. When I said my sandwich cost more than $5, the “manager” responded with well the BLT cost $6.09 so it’s only like $1 difference. I asked if she would be okay getting less back for something she paid full price for. I told her I didn’t want in store credit I wanted my money back, she told me I would have to call Tuesday(1/16/24) to speak with the GM. So I called Tuesday, asked for the GM, when the GM(Madison) got on the phone she said “what’s up” and I had to ask if it was actually the GM and her name. I told her the situation and she told me she could not give me my money back since it was from a different day. I asked for the area supervisor to call me and I still have not received a phone call.
Also when I reached out to the feedback on the website I have gotten the run around. Told to call the store since it’s franchised and that they could not help me with anything. So that’s cool.

The general manager matt savage is the rudest manager ive ever seen very noisy loudly complaining while im eating my food wont stop talking about how someone called off and he has to cover imagine getting mad for having to do your job and my autistic cousin got cussed out on the phone one time with him because he couldnt say a word correctly people with short fuses should not work management

We pre-ordered on 6/1/25 for a wedding party of $200 worth of food that would be picked on 6/21/25. Had a confirmation number that I presented when I arrived at Jimmy Johns in East Peoria. The order was not ready and/or not “found”. The manager, instead of trying to resolve the situation, escalated the situation by saying “I don’t know what to tell you. I don’t have time to do the order and I cannot find the order.” After trying to figure things out, he started to raise his voice at me. I told him to “calm down as this behavior is not acting like a manger.” With no resolution in sight, I said that I would contact the district manager. He said “Go for it”. My recommendation is NOT to order from the East Peoria branch, but instead go to the Washington Jimmy John’s as that manager was more than helpful and said that he would fulfill this pre-order for me since time was of the essence as my daughter was getting married in a few hours.

Took 1.5 hours to get my sandwich. When I finally got my sandwich, there was a bug in it. When I called to let them know, whoever answered the phone was incredibly rude. Will never eat at this place again. Hands down the worst.

While the service i recieve is usually great, i cannot say the same for the accuracy of the order. I used to order from here 3 sometumes 4 times a week. Up until a few months ago it seems like they dont know how to read or dont take the time to. Almost every time i order something is not correct on my order. So i stopped ordering from here. Today i used a giftcard that i recieved to get lunch for my fiance and I. Not suprisingly her sandwich was fine (she only adds cucumber) yet mine was once again wrong (added cheese to sandwich and no cheese) normally i wouldn’t care but since they upcharge you to add cheese to a sandwhich its pretty damn frustrating. I’m officially done ordering from this location.
