So, we needed a pretty quick place to eat while we are in town, and a sandwich shop seemed the best option, for good and fast.
The servers were outstanding, and helped us make up our minds about what was best to eat here.
I had the Kickin Chicken wrap, and my wife had the Caesar Chicken Wrap. I ordered a drink, chips, and cookie separately. My order taker immediately did the work to convert them to combos, saving us significant $$.
The Kickin Chicken Wrap was perfect, enough heat to satisfy a hot palate, but not too much to overwhelm the taste buds.
The Caesar wrap was excellent too, and it was almost too much to eat. We came hungry and we left satisfied.
My only gripe here is that there isn’t enough parking. Somebody parked in the middle of the two remaining spots, forcing us to park behind the building, which appears to be for a tax office next door, that was closed but still didn’t want us parking there.
This place was clean, quaint, with excellent atmosphere and stellar service.

This was my first time going into the Jimmy John’s location in Morton, Illinois. I actually really loved the vibe of the restaurant, it gave me like downtown Chicago feels, I love the decorations and the atmosphere! The only reason I gave it four stars for atmosphere is because the parking is pretty limited. It feels like this location is quite popular despite the fact that it is a smaller building (compared to East Peoria) the parking lot that they do have is diagonal and on a corner so I think you can only fit maybe about four cars in the parking lot, I’m not sure though because I was there at night and it was dark. There’s plenty of seating inside, I love all the seats lined up at the window so you can look out while you enjoy your meal.
The customer service was fantastic they were accommodating to my allergies and also very friendly about it. We will definitely be visiting this location again!

I ate in there yesterday about 1 PM. I had eaten at another Jimmy John’s just a few days ago. There was no comparison! There was no one in the store the whole time I was there. I ate inside. One of the girls was really rude. The bread was so hard that You could knock on the bottom and it sounded like a wooden door. I won’t go back to the Morton store.

My delivery orders have been frequently incorrect. Sandwiches not made correctly, missing sides/drinks. I’ve been told on multiple occasions that in order to rectify the order I would have to come into the store in person. I am ordering delivery because I am unable to pick up my order. No refunds or comps on future items. Today, my sandwich was made incorrectly (I asked for the sandwich to have no mustard and add onions) and my side item (Jimmy Chips) never arrived.

So much for freaky fast. Quite annoyed with the lack of urgency on BOTH my phone calls to track down and get this order delivered. We eat jimmy John’s quite often and this is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. Hopefully better next time

Super impressed with the service. Ordered a lettuce wrap and they asked if I had Celiac/gluten allergy and I said yes. They brought out a clean cutting board, changed gloves, didn’t use cross contaminated mayo or utensils. The girl was Tory/Tori, great job, will be back.

I love Jimmy Johns but not this one. My meat was more fat than meat and my bread was so rock hard I couldn’t even put a fingernail mark in it. I literally could bang it on the wall. I threw the sandwhich away.

Order took an hour to arrive and the delivery driver didn’t even call to say they dropped it off. When we got the food it wasn’t the right thing. This happened the last time we ordered but figured it was a one off. Don’t order delivery from here just use door dash

If you want toasted subs go to another location the app shows several new items and new toasted subs advertising try our favorite subs toasted but when ordering the option to toast does not allow you to change it to anything but no.
