I usually order jimmy John’s a lot but when I had placed my order I was eating just like normal my girlfriend had went to adjust the bacon on her sandwich and low and behold there was a fly looking bug squished between the meat and the cheese on her sandwich, lucky she did this when she did, she was about a bite or 2 away from eating it.

Im a bit of a sub snob. I had jimmie johns delivering to me years ago i wasnt happy with there subs. So Im here in Mt Vernon ill and thought what the hell. I ordered there roast beef sub and there potato salad. First the breads a huge part of a sub. As for chain places they have the best sub rolls but sadly dont offer whole wheat sub rolls. Second there meat taste exactly like Subways. . As for meat as a chain no one beats Jersey Mikes. The people here were very nice,but I dont pay for kindness I wouldnt ever buy there potato salad again its a very small quanity and really not to my liking. I would say if it wasnt for the bread whjch was awesome I would there bo better then subway… and this whole they wont put salt or pepper on the subs astounds me… there subs are suppose to be 14 inches but i did notice there more narrow…

Went at 5:10 pm tonight. Had a sandwich with the wheat bread and have gotten stale bread. Hard and dry. Not the first time either. The bread isnt like that for lunch. The person making it had to feel how hard it was when he made it. Poor service. Freaky fast as they say but hard and dry too.

My favorite place to grab a sub sandwich. My favorite is the ham & roast beef with provolone cheese(the #2) and lots of mayo, tomatoes, and green pepper. That and a bag of their BBQ chips! Yum!

I’ve eaten at many Jimmy Johns in many states and I can honestly say this one is AMAZING! I often order for delivery. Not only are they fast but they get the order correct and make sure I have received it. This is a small town but service like this speaks volumes and beyond state lines. Thanks Y’all!

Went in last night for a quick bite and the lady running the cash register had the worst attitude from the moment we walked in. We needed a moment to look at the menu and she stood behind the register sighing and looking incredibly annoyed. Then as she turns to walk back to the food prep area she hollers at us that if “we ever figure out what we want” she’ll come back to the register because she has other orders to make. Then proceeds to walk over to lean on the counter and talk to the delivery driver. Then we got our food we asked for a few more napkins and she coped an attitude and snapped back “If you would have looked in your bag I already gave you napkins” and started to walk away. Mind u our food was clearly laid out at the table bag had been emptied and she gave 1 napkin for 2 people. If Andrea is working the cash register in the future i will turn around and go to subway they are cheaper anyways!
