The woman working was rude & impatient with my order, & Brad stepped in as I was trying to navigate a payment for my order. He was very timely & respectful with assisting me!

5 sandwiches and 5 chips took an hour and half for delivery, what happened to freaky fast? I live 15 min away. Also they brought all plain chips ordered bbq and no cheese on two of the sandwiches which we ordered cheese.

I had a really disappointing experience. There was a hair in my milkshake, which was honestly pretty gross and unacceptable. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, they were incredibly rude and dismissive instead of trying to fix the situation. The staff also had poor attitudes and were not friendly or helpful at all. Overall, the customer service was very unprofessional, and I definitely expected much better.

This place has the worst customer service. I’ve been going to Jimmy John’s for years! They delivered the wrong drink and began to get rude with me stating that well you selected the drink. Do better! It’s the customers that make your establishment!!

There was a hair in my sandwhich and they wouldn’t refund it they would only remake it. The remake went straight into the trash. I tried to fill out the feedback form that they post on here instead of offering actual solutions and the feedback wouldn’t go through. Do better Jimmy Johns. Food safety isn’t anything to mess with. Seriously. I still feel sick to my stomach and I hope I don’t actually get sick from eating that sandwhich that was clearly made in an unhygienic area where food safety isn’t a priority.

Downtown JJs what’s up with this?? I was appalled to discover the quality of the lettuce that was on my sandwich. Multiple pieces were very brown and spotty. The quality of the produce on your sandwiches should be on the top of the list of things to make sure are good to go for your customers! Do better!

If you dont mind waiting an hour and 42 minutes for a sandwich and a warm soda with all the ice melted then This is a good location. Dont call to complain though because theyll just say “were busy” this is the worst location in rockford.

This location is going downhill. It was reasonably fast when it opened, but in the last year many of my orders have taken upwards of 45+ minutes to be delivered. There are plenty of better local places I can go around here if I have that much time. And the increase in prices is not helping their case.

First off, they close at 7pm which is earlier than any other Jimmy John’s in the area. I gave them two chances and they disappointed me every time. The first time I ordered was within the last hour of them closing, they simply just refused to deliver but charged me twice for it. The second time I ordered, I had to call three times because an hour passed and they still hadn’t delivered. Said they had left it by the front door but that never happened. So they either delivered to the wrong address or just didn’t tell the truth at all. Either way I won’t ever be ordering from this location again. I wish I could speak on the quality of the food but I never got to try it! I would not recommend this location to anyone.
