I ordered a Caesar wrap. It arrived with onions on it. Luckily im not allergic but ruined the taste of the wrap. Caesar dressing and onions do not go together. I went back and double checked. Onions are not listed as an ingredient.

Horrible tasting chicken Caesar wrap in Manteno. Processed tasting food and I will never return again. Threw my sandwich in garbage can after one bite. I will stick with the delicious Mr. Sub in Joliet on Jefferson.

What time does this place close? It says 9 on Google. I came in at 8 to grab a sandwich and the person there was pissed. Gave a huge dramatic sigh when I ordered my food. Then they were doing other things and making them selves sandwiches, it took literally 15 minutes to get my 1 sandwich. I didn’t think an hour before closing was cutting it too close to get food, but I guess it was. Usually a pretty great place, just don’t go at night

This is a great place to stop for people who have gluten allergies, and want something nutritious to eat. I got the ham and cheese lettuce wrap in the jalapeño chips. It was prepared so well and it tasted wonderful. The establishment was very clean and the staff were also very friendly.

Stopped in late last night after having been driving all day! Was cranky and not in any mood for bs! And this place, they made sure they took good care of this extremely hangry lady! I will say it, it’s not often you walk into a business moments before they’re closing and you get GREAT service like that!!!!!!! Not often do you walk into a business and EVERY EMPLOYEE is working!!!! It’s rare now days to not see people talking or on their phones when there’s still more to get done! I want to thank the two ladies and lad working last night! I genuinely don’t know what I would have done had I not stopped when I did. And I’m beyond glade I stopped here! Already saved yall and Casey’s next door in my phone for future travels! Thank you for the convo, yall hard work, and the absolutely smashing food!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came in to use coupon promo from app and actually spend money vs. using a freebie I also had on my account. The coupon clearly stated it applied to what I wanted, but they couldn’t be bothered to do anything but read the rules and then say it didn’t matter because it would not go through (same coupon went through just fine at another location). Then this young bunch behind the counter went into a gab fest, one of them sitting on the counter where food is prepared.

It was a good sub sandwich. Roast beef, turkey, provolone, lettuce and tomato, mayo and mustard, chips and medium drink. I got the #8 giant sub which is 16”. Tasted great and if money isn’t an issue for you, I’d recommend it but $23 for a 16” sub meal?

I feel bad for the employees at this location because the general manager is extremely rude! I had a simple delivery question because I did not see any updates on doordash and I got an incredibly rude response. All i asked was if I should pick up my meal instead because I did not see any updates. I was trying to be nice. The tone and the way this woman spoke to me was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I will not support this location again due to such a terrible GM. I hope the employees are treated better than the customers, but if customers get treated like this then I highly doubt she is professional towards employees.

I recently dine in at the JJ’s in Maneto, IL (104 Southcreek Dr.) on my way back to Texas. The cashier entered the wrong information on the order and when I went back to have the sandwich re-made, the manager (Kelly) said that they were not going to remake the sandwich. She was rude and unprofessional. The items on the ticket clearly indicated what should have been on the order. I asked to speak with her manager and to get his contact information. She would only provide his name and told me to call the corporate office if I want to speak with higher ups. I asked her if she knew the number and of course she didn’t saying it in a rude manner. Poor customer service with an attitude. If you want excellent customer service, don’t go here….
