I asked combo with portion double portion of roast bee instead I get roast beef & ham. I told the clerk want I wanted double roast beef. manager get him to say I wanted roast beef & ham young man look what !! Would never spend a dime in this jimmy John again in this time. They have no,no respect. He should have made me fresh sandwich. What he done was taken he taken ham off instead getting me a fresh sandwich!!

Placed my order on the app and did not realize it defaults to the Elmwood Park location that’s 9 minutes away instead of our nearest location at the Brickyard (which I love and have never had a problem with) 36 minutes later was wondering where my food was so I called and it seems as though the store has to call uber to do the delivery and they just forgot?? Because once I called I received a message stating the delivery was just set up. Which tells me it probably was forgotten and would not have been done until I called. Once the food arrived an hour later the bag was soaked in oil from sitting there for 50 minutes, and my husband’s tuna sandwich was inedible. He called to ask if we can just bring the food back and receive a refund since we lost our appetite at that point and the young lady on the phone stated they are not able to and there was no manager there until tomorrow. $40 wasted, will make sure that I choose the correct location on the app going forward.

We ordered a J.J Gargantuan and my husband does not like provolone cheese. He asked to switch to cheddar cheese and was told there was a $1.50 upcharge, why they were going to put provolone already, but they would not take any money off for no cheese.

Wrost jimmy John’s to visit. I would rate this place zero stars. Employee working at the front Neil was extremely rude and has no customer service skills. Refused to provide my order and stated he would rather service a regular customer. You will not gain new customers with this attitude.

I really like Jimmy John’s sandwich especially the bread. When my husband and I left church today I was excited about getting a Jimmy John sandwich and to my surprise I was soooo disappointed. Our sandwiches were hard and crunchy. Ugh! I am too thru with this joint.

Placed an online order for pickup. Got to the store 15mins later. Been waiting 20mins for 3 subs. I never leave bad reviews however I can’t get a solid answer as to why this happening. I see employees cutting meat and washing dishes. But no one is making my food… it’s been almost 45 since I placed my order. I talked to everyone here. They know I’m here. Either just don’t care, or just don’t know what they’re doing. Just sucks because this is our local Jimmy John’s and we love the place.
