I walked in, and the cashier was ready to take my order. I asked for a minute, and he politely waited. I decided what I wanted, and he was patient while taking my order. My order was quick and accurate. The sandwich was delicious.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Jimmy John’s. I ordered a Thai Chicken Wrap for nearly $11. What I got was the equivalent of a small chicken tender with a few veggies wrapped in a massive tortilla. What I mostly ate was tortilla. They wrap the tortilla inwards in order to make the wrap look larger than it actually was.

Go to any other Jimmy John’s in the area. You’ve been warned. This Jimmy John’s NEVER honors it’s hours, employees could care less here. Clearly the franchisee that runs this store does not care either, this is the only Jimmy John’s in the Chicagoland area I’ve ever had problems with.

Placed an order for pick up 15 minutes in advance, walked into an empty store with rap music loudly playing. Sat there for more than five minutes with no employee in sight. For a minute, I thought about grabbing the receipt which was still in the printer and making the sandwich myself. Made sense on the car ride to work starving, why nobody was in there

If anyone had a bad experience here you must give this location a second chance. I was told not to go here by one person and I thought to give it a try. I ended up making this my favorite location. I normally order my sandwiches to go, each time my sandwiches are always on point just what I ask for. There are always three guys inside and they always speak to me. To the two white guys and black guy, you guys are the best!!!! Thank you for working together so nicely and having my family orders made so perfect!!!

Went to Jimmy Johns on 71 today to pickup some sandwiches for my family, one of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant by far. The 3 men working there today gave me the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Very polite, helped me with the menu, and had my order ready before I was even done paying! If I could give this review more than 5 stars I totally would. I will gladly be coming back again in the near future.

This location is always very clean, has kindest staff, and makes the best sandwiches. I 100% diasagree with the previous review. I’ve had that same girl take my orders before and she’s always been very sweet and welcoming. That table is usually not used at night, no food is prepared on them. This location doesn’t deserve a bad wrap like that, nor does that worker. Be kinder, long shifts on your feet can be tough!

Love these guys. They’re my Jimmy John’s Work Edition shop and I appreciate that they get my order done fast and right. Never had a problem with an order despite being overly specific with my sandwiches. They’re also very nice and helpful when I’ve had app problems (IE, rewards not redeeming).
