First off I called at 12:07 they told me my order would be delivered in 20 minutes 1250 comes around and I still do not have my order so I called and the driver delivered my food to panda express the address that I did not give him. I said my company name was Dave’s hot chicken and he proceeded to still deliver to another company. Also, when I called to speak to the manager, he was very rude and hung up in my face. I was just explaining to him that maybe his driver or whoever took my order did not listen to me. That’s why I repeated the address and also said the company so there would not be in a confusion and he said that he was a manager and he was very rude. That’s what type of people you guys have running your business and I am a manager as well. He was very disrespectful and the guy that delivered my food hands were Filthy did not look like he was ready for work

Bit dirty on the inside near seats but I usually just order delivery or pick up. Amazing sandwiches. I always get the #13, No Pickles and Toasted and that will keep me full for a few hours. Staff were friendly as well.

The 2 guys working when we stopped in were fabulous! Friendly and made us feel very welcome. The music was , the food was , and these 2 Chicago transplants felt right at . If we’re ever back in Batavia, we’ll be stopping again for sure.

Clearly missing cheese and tomatoes….. I went and asked for cheese and they said I’d have to pay extra. Very disappointed, especially since it is advertised!!!!!! I payed $10 for this. Lost a customer.

How do you forget the turkey? On a beach club and refuse to remake it or at least give the poor little girl turkey to add onto her TURKEY sandwich herself. $12.89 and they say “too bad you already ate half of it” “too bad too sad complain to corporate they just send it here and i respond mwahahahaha”

This location has been the worst multiple times. Our latest and last trip to this location i went with my 4 year old and baby music was so loud I couldn’t hear the cashier my 16 month old was crying and holding her ears half the time. When I said something to cashier it was ignored like I said nothing… he probably couldn’t hear me

I gave this place way too many chances. I’m tired of ordering food for delivery that is most times incomplete. Today was the last straw. No napkins, no silverware, and a rude delivery driver.

l have never went to this location before but after today I am definitely not going back- looking at the reviews many others also seem to be dissatisfied. This location simply seems very disorganized & dirty- when walking in there was literally a yellow wet-floor sign a few inches from the doorway making it look as if they were blocking the door for a reason, as if to imply they were closed. Every table also had many boxes and papers surrounding the already small and cluttered space. Regardless of appearance I wasn’t disappointed with this place until receiving my food. I had already ate about half of my sandwich before realizing there was a dark, short hair stuck to the underside of my sandwich. Immediately I was disgusted and lost any appetite that I had. The person who seemed to be the manager did have darker hair, but it’s possible that another careless employee might of left the hair. From my experience it is clear that cleanliness is this location’s last priority. Very disgusted and wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Stopped in for a sandwich on a Sunday afternoon. Nobody in line but me. Almost tripped over mat on floor cause it was folder over cause the child working there was just laying it out but left it to take my order. Not good. I was waiting for my food as another child was putting stickers on something and then some voice starts berating him in front of me and another new customer. He yelled at this child to help the customers or go online or do something. The outside trash can is overflowing with trash which should have been a red flag. Don’t go to this location. Bad business.

October 2021 no indoor dining for some unknown reason that has nothing to do with any health mandates or company policy. It’s dumb, you are a restaurant with tables. It’s 55 degrees outside. Next time we will find a different place that allows us to sit and enjoy our meal.
