I stopped to grab lunch with my soon, so I decided to try the new SICILIAN PIZZA SANDWICH, and it was delicious.
My soon ordered the new THREE CHEESE PIZZA SANDWICH, and he loved it.
The sandwich perfect toasted, the order was made quickly, and all the tables were clean. Restrooms were clean too (tats a surprise on a restaurant) lol.
We definitely coming back.

Don’t order delivery through the jimmy johns app and expect a fast delivery. They use uber for it. I called the store after finding this out asking if I could come pick it up because I knew uber would end up taking forever. He reassured me saying they are very fast and already headed to the store. Well almost 45 minutes later I finally got my toasted sub and it was extremely cold as I knew it was going to be. Thanks for having me waste $24 for a meal.

Fast friendly service. Sandwich was fresh and hot. Parking lot is a bit small and shared with other high traffic locations such as Starbucks but location itself is solid. No drive thru here.

I ordered a Veggie and I got some bread that someone whispered “veggies” over. Seriously there was barely anything on it. Usually JJ’s PACKS the veggies into the sandwich when there’s no meat on it. Highly disappointing.

We have been going to this location for years. I couldn’t order my sandwich via the app last week. The app said I was out of the delivery range. I called the store and they said the app must be glitchy. They took my order over the phone and were still able to use my rewards too. The staff here is always helpful.

The girl taking my order was far from friendly. She didn’t greet me or ask what I wanted. When I specifically asked what the cost was to make the sandwich into a meal, she entered the meal in the register and asked if I wanted anything else. The sandwich came out right away and was very good.

I’ve ordered a couple times from this location with no issues. But this last time really sent me. I ordered for delivery which is supposed to be freaky fast right? Well 30 minutes went by and nothing so I called to check on the order. Was told they are busy and it shouldn’t be too much longer. It ended up being over an hour before it was delivered. And when it finally came, they dropped it on my porch and didn’t even bother to knock or ring the door bell to notify me. Also, let me add that I put a tip down when I ordered of 30% and they didn’t tell me that they were busy/backed up. I would have just appreciated them being upfront about how long it would be. The people I ordered the food for ended up having to leave before it even got there. Really ruined my whole day and that could have been avoided by simply just saying from the beginning that it would be a while for delivery.

I’m so upset that nothing has changed. This location especially has been going downhill for 3-4 years. I haven’t ordered in a year or so but tried to give it another chance only for my order to not be complete yet again and missing add ons. At least this time it was timely instead of waiting an hour and a half.
I do give props to the young lady who answered the phone. She was polite and informative. It’s really unfortunate that the corporate company or even the franchises put their employees in the position to not offer a refund and only a store credit because obviously I’m not going to be ordering anymore since this is my third or fourth time trying to give them another chance to get it together!
I won’t even talk about the delivery itself and it being just dumped on my doorstep….

I order from this location quite frequently. Usually, I have zero issues. However, some of the delivery drivers don’t want to take the extra step to either ring the doorbell or knock on the door to let me know the order is there. For instance, I order $30 worth of food today, and one of my drinks was missing which could have been avoided had the driver knocked or rang the door bell. I called the store immediately after noticing the food had been delivered, I was assured they’d have the driver bring it back and that has yet to happen. Needless to say, I am disappointed in my experience today when generally I have zero complaints about this location.
Edited: Just looked out my front door and it was sitting there. So once again, no notification that they brought it back…just left it sitting on my front step without ringing the doorbell and/or knocking on the door.

I wanted to give this location a few chances before writing a bad review but today I felt the need to write a review. I have had orders take a while in the past. But I ordered from here today. The order was confirmed at 3:11pm, it is now 4:28pm and I still have not yet received my order. When I called for an update, they just told me it should be delivered soon. That was 10 minutes ago. Usually I try to be understanding with delivery but over an hour is ridiculous. Especially when the location is 5 minutes from my work. I order from Jimmy Johns so have my order come quicker than most places.
