Very clean location. The staff is quick and friendly. I’ve ordered here many times and the quality is consistent. I had one instance where another customer took my pick up order by mistake. When the staff realized this they immediately remade my order no question’s asked. Top notch customer service.

I placed order at 12:14 for as soon as possible delivery. Order said it would be delivered at 12:44. Order still didn’t arrive, I called at 1:07 and spoke to manager. He stated they were short staffed and he would be leaving out the door with my order. Order did not arrive till 1:40. Almost an hour and half for my order to be delivered. That is absolutely ridiculous, certainly not “freaky fast”. This is also not the only time this has happened.

Ordered food at 11:50AM. Confirmed at 11:52AM. It is now 12:36pm and food is STILL not here. Could have saved myself $7 in tip and delivery and walked there faster. I live 0.6 miles away… I called and the girl on phone was just making excuse after excuse and was very rude and unapologetic. Freaky fast is not what this location offers. I will not be ordering from this location again.

This Jimmy John’s is terrible. I’ve given them several tries as they’re close. The sandwiches lack meat (are mostly bread) and the bread is regularly stale. I was in there a few weeks ago & interacted with a fellow claiming to be the manager. He is severly lacking on his people & management skills. His attitude sucked to put it bluntly… I refuse to throw away money on subpar food & get treated like an inconvenience. Never again..

It’s a decent place for a decent quick meal when you’re starving coming out of school or work. My favorite go-to is Bootlegger with lots of peppers!
I do think service has gone downhill over the years, though I have worked here a good few years ago when it was bustling.
I do wish the hot peppers were more spread out on the sandwich rather than clumped in the back fold…It’s not 5-star food, but it’ll fill you up.

Love Jimmy Johns and even worked as an employee there for 4 years. This location is THE WORST! I’ve ordered 6 times in the last 2 months, 3 times the order was incorrect and 2 times the delivery took OVER an hour.. a pizza place delivers faster that. Never giving my service to this location again.
