Again… Almost no lettuce on my sandwich… Why do they skimp on something so cheap.. it doesn’t hit right with little to no lettuce… Ugh!!!
I love jimmy John’s.. used to manage one.. this Morris location seems like never puts any lettuce on my sandwich.. I always ask for extra lettuce because of this.. and still get barely any lettuce on my sandwich.. so now I’m leaving a review because I’m annoyed as I eat my sandwich that I asked for extra lettuce and barely have any..I have added a picture of the sandwich in question.. that’s extra lettuce.. that to me is light for normal lettuce..
Update… Added a new photo of my sandwich from a different jj’s that I didn’t even ask for extra lettuce at… Notice the difference…
Another update… Still getting hardly any lettuce on a sandwich ordered with extra lettuce… Aaahhhh

We ordered 2 party boxes for an event and it worked perfectly! The sandwiches were all uniform, the order was ready on time, they all tasted amazing! Pickup was super easy, the price was great, and there was plenty for everyone. I will definitely be supporting this location in the future!

ordered my lunch at 10:45 before my 11-11:50 lunch break started. Originally was supposed to be delivered at 11:10 and ultimately never showed up. By the time it was actually about to be delivered my lunch was over and I wouldn’t have had time to eat. I ended up canceling the order and there was not even an apology from the store.

After waiting almost 10 minutes in the drive up because of 1 car, I got my sandwich and left. I was in Morris for a doctor’s appointment and by the time I got to Ottawa and went to eat my sandwich, you couldn’t even tell there was anything on it. After I took the picture, it literally took me 4 bites before I got to the tuna. SMH. Ottawa Jimmy John’s is wayyyyy better!!!! This what I paid $6.00 for??!!

Ordered a few times while up here visiting my mom. Wasn’t happy the last 2 times I ordered with delivery driver and Uber taking an hr to deliver my order. The first 2 or 3 times I ordered, there was no issues.
Owner reached out and apologized both times and gave in store credit which is fine, but I do online orders for a reason. And I don’t care for JJ rewards. Free pickle or chips really? How about $5-10 off my next order instead?
Also asked for a refund and owner said after a order is placed/delivered it’s difficult to issue a refund. Really? That makes 0 sense. Either you or JJ customer service should be able to provide a refund when someone isnt happy.
Decided to stop giving this location and JJ my business anymore. If I would have gotten my driver tips refunded and $ off my next online order, then I would have considered placing another order.

Holy. Cow. I ordered a TomTurkey LBI only turkey and mayo. I opened it to make sure there were no tomatoes and I found THREE paper thin pieces of meat. I literally pulled off and measured the ends with no meat on them. 1.5 inches and 1.4 inches. That is almost THREE INCHES of sandwich with NO MEAT! Are you kidding????

This store has gone way down. I order here or did atleast weekly sometimes more frequently. But I’m to the point I’m DONE! I ve had everything from burnt bread, missing products, wrong order, poor delivery or delivery that takes over a hour several
Times and when you call the restaurant it’s always poor excuses. Short staff never enough delivery drivers etc. I dont understand how u have one delay driver when similar restaurants in the area have 3!!!! I’ve had my order replaced once! I’ve complained multiple times and they just get to the point of we hope you give our restaurant another try. Why should I when you do nothing to fix the problems. Just this week my order took 58 mins to delivery. If you think I’m going to continue to spend my hard earned money here your kidding right? DONT EAT HERE!!!! THEY DONT CARE BOUT YOU, as the customer! And don’t tell me to leave a review when I have and the gm and district manager doesn’t do shit to fix it! Good luck to you. Another restaurant soon to close in Morris!

The wraps here are just amazing. Even though there’s only three options for the wraps they make them to perfection, and is a very good size wrap, both length and width. My favorite wrap is currently the Kickin Ranch which can be pretty spicy, but to help remove some of the spicyness just remove the jalapeños. I also put my name as Dont Cut Wrap Please, and they always make it properly. Reason I don’t Cut it is it’s much easier to eat, and easier to heat it up when I get home.
The Staff here is always polite, and never had any issue with any of them. They’re also very quick, and efficient when making the food as well as very friendly. If they ever do make a mistake though, they’ve always fixed it with no issues. Right now this is probably my favorite JJs anywhere.
