Came to this location yesterday and the space was very clean. The staff was very quick with our order. Their Kicking Ranch is a game changer, they should sell it by the bottle! They also social distanced the benches. The store was pretty empty and its definitely not an easy location to spot, but our sandwiches were perfect.

I always order a Vito with extra salami (no cap) and I never get extra even though I pay for it. It’s just extremely annoying. It’s not the first time. I get more lettuce and cheese than the actual meat and I’m never full or satisfied from a $20 sandwich (after you pay for delivering and tip).

Boy you certainly get a very weird vibe in this store. You walk in and about 6 or 7 teenagers behind the counter will just stare at you for a minute until you ask them if you can order something. It’s like they have never been trained on how to say HI to a fellow human being.

I ordered a sandwich from this shop at 11:12am and it was ON my doorstep at 11:23am. Freaky fast doesn’t even cover it. I was like okay… let’s make sure the order is even right. Order was right, and the sandwich was made so NEATLY I was impressed. I say that being a former sandwich artist myself, so I have some standards. Nice job guys! Thank you!

I went for lunch today, by far the absolute worst Jimmy Johns I have ever been into. The person at the register needs a little attitude adjustment, very crabby and unfriendly to be in his current position. Ordered a sandwich it was the wrong one then they made the right one with honesty 4″ of the 8″ was just bread and bread only. I returned sandwich and just asked for my money back i was done. I got on my phone to check reviews and noticed I was not the only one that had these issues. Didn’t want to sound like a complainer but it is the worst jj by far! Will not be going back!!!

We ordered 2 sandwiches at the Lockport location last night and the bread was rock hard. Very disappointed. Come on guys… you had to know it wasn’t fresh and I’m sure you had to saw through it to open it up! I would have taken them back but mybhusband had to go to work and I was hungry. Luckily I have strong teeth! I usually have a good experience overall but I was disappointed this time.
