Ordered 2 combos on the app for pick up. After receiving my order that someone else picked up for me I realized the order was all wrong. They gave me an incorrect sandwich. My other sandwich was missing condiments. I asked for packets of mayo that they didn’t put in the bag. I also ordered a pasta salad and they didn’t give me any utensils for it.

Horrible customer service. I was not greeted when I came in. I guess I was imposing because everyone looked at me like they were confused. I asked for extra oil and mayo and the cashier acted like I told him to run 5 miles. Just rude and lazy. Contacting corporate.

Walked in and was greeted by the staff immediately. Nice, friendly staff. Placed an order for roast beef sandwiches. My order was ready pretty fast. We had a seat at the table and ate inside the restaurant. The establishment was very clean, and the staff also were very clean as well. They used gloves and hats, and neatly bagged the sandwiches.

Twice now I have seen one of the employees run his hands through his hair from behind the counter and not even wash them afterwards. I don’t know if he’s only on the register and never touches the food, but it is very off-putting so close to where the food is handled.

I ordered a #12 Beach Club, customized and I was supposed to have extra turkey, cucumbers, and extra onions. I had none of those on my sandwich. Also, I asked them to take the bread out and they didn’t do that. This is the second location and second time in as many days that my sandwich was not made correctly. I’m done with Jimmy John’s!!!!!!!!

Walked in an ordered a Gargantuan. The guy said there wasn’t a button for that. He could make it but the price wouldn’t be right. Obviously he didn’t want to make my sandwich. I do not want anyone making a sandwich that doesn’t want to. No surprise ingredients for me. How can you not look online and see that it is $10.49. I will not be returning here and it was the closest to my work. Bummer but that’s life.

I haven’t had a bad experience at this JJ’s. After a 14hr day I’ll travel here to find no lines and smiling faces and great attitudes. The #9 giant gets me through the night and is always fresh and only after about 6-7minutes.
