I have never had the problem with the moldy cheese/bread quality thigs I read below. The Gargantuan is great (but pricy), their other sandwiches are good but lacking meat, I have learned, DON’T ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS you can go there and pick up your order. BTW, what owner replies to a review with a cut/paste of “we want to share it with this location’s owner, go to Facebook.”?

I called to see if they had day ole bread before driving across Town. He said we have 3 loaves left. I said I will take all 3. When I arrived I gave him my name and he said we have 1 loaf left. Ordered via phone app and had it delivered. We received our sandwiches and there was a greenish gray substance on the outside of the cheese on both sandwiches that looked like mold. We tried to call the store and it was constantly a busy signal. My husband brought the sandwiches to the store and requested a refund. We do not want new sandwiches made, we’ve lost out appetite! He was told it would take a couple of weeks to get refunded. This is unacceptable. Something about the driver already being cashed out? That makes NO sense! Not even a full half hour transpired from the time I ordered to the time my husband brought the sandwiches back. I will be contacting my credit card company.

Placed order at 1:11pm. Order received at 1:12pm. Sandwich with chips and drink arrived at 2:02pm (after I called store to see what was going on). I literally live in a subdivision across the street. When I called, the worker knew my address before I even said my name or anything and said the driver left over 30 mins ago. What the heck happened? No explanation or anything. Oh! And they forgot my mustard packets which would be fine but I requested them because we had just run out of mustard at home and I like my sandwich with mustard.

We purchased four sandwiches. I had asked for a sandwich with avocado on it since one of my party loves avocado. When I got the sandwich home she could not tell there was avocado on it.
