This location is the WORST. They never get the order right. Extra pickles? How about NO pickles. No cheese? Ya, nah sandwhich is still coming with the cheese. Extra ham with additional charge? NOPE. Not to mention 90% of the time the sandwhich is not cut in half. They are consistently getting the order wrong, even when ordering in person. It is a running joke between me and my husband now. He stopped ordering his sandwhich with ham because they literally never added it. We wont be ordering from here anymore.

Never get order right . First time did not have any tomatoes or bell peppers. Second time no bell peppers. They put jalapeno peppers and apparently they don’t carry American cheese. Bread always seems stale

Asked for extra toppings specifically while making eye contact with the person making it just to watch them put the bare minimum on the sandwich like I literally did t just ask for extra. Then got the cocky little manager popping out from the back trying to flex how he’d been working for JJ for 13 years like I’m supposed to be impressed or something. Won’t be returning and owners can thank the Temu Patty Mayo for his shitty smug attitude.

Took an hour for our food to be delivered after I got noticfication it was out for delivery. The bread on all the sandwiches was soggy. One of the sandwiches was wrong. When I called the store I was told it would take them about 30 minutes to make the correct sandwich but I had to come pick it up, they couldn’t deliver it.

I placed my order online and when it arrived, it was not made correctly. I immediately called the location and the cashier put me on hold to speak with the manager who said they will give me a credit. I asked if they could just remake the sandwich as I cannot eat it the way that it was made, and he put me on hold again, saying the manager said no I can have a credit. I then asked to speak to the manager and was placed on hold for 20 minutes and no one came back. I hung up and tried to call four times and no one would answer the phone. This will be my last visit at this location. This is the second time they have messed up my order with no type of customer service to rectify the issue. I also have plans to call corporate tomorrow because this is unacceptable to ignore a paying Customer and my sandwich was made incorrectly; and was basically told oh well.

Had nothing but problems from this location. Messed up ordered and delayed deliveries. 45 mins and when it comes, the lettuce is gross and wilty. I kind of feel like Jimmy John’s has gone way downhill in general. I miss the days of sprouts. It was what they were known for and the sandwiches were unique and good in that way. Tried the new turkey bourbon sandwich and it was kind of gross. Sloppy with hardly any turkey, and one thin long piece of bacon. If you have to cut corners this hard, just don’t bother and close a few locations because clearly Jimmy has spread himself far too thin…

I just left the Shorewood IL location. The cashier was handling the cash register/money and food with the same gloves. I asked another young lady if she could make my sandwich and was told no with a nasty attitude. She stated she had several other sandwiches to make. The guy handling the register started to make my sandwich and I asked him nicely if he could change gloves first and he did. Unfortunately if I had not asked he would’ve made my sandwich with the same gloves……extremely disappointing and scary. I will never go back to this JJ again.
