I got a kickin chicken wrap combo with a side of potato salad. The potato salad should’ve been tossed away yesterday because today is Sunday October 5th. Less work and more customers with food borne illnesses like Staphylococcus aureus and Clostridium perfringens!

We were waiting at drive-thru speaker for response to pick up our mobile order, then pulled up to drive thru window for assistance. I could not get their attention so I had to call the number and let them know I was at the window. To top it off the guy in charge of drive-thru implied we didn’t stop at the speaker with a condescending tone. I didn’t call with a condescending tone, I just wanted my order freaky fast, so I don’t feel I deserved one either. I hope this kind of encounter doesn’t happen again to any future customers.

I actually live closer to the Cicero location. I’m a full time care giver to my 96 year old grandma. So I never have any money or time to do or go anywhere. Today some family came over for 30 mins so I was able to go for a drive. It was such a long stressful day and I saw this location so I decided to order. When I walked inside I was greeted with two of the most kind loving SMILES I’ve ever received. Ricky and Alex unknowingly helped my day get better. Ricky with his jokes and Alex with her kindness. My day went from terrible to amazing. Thank you Ricky and Alex. You have no idea what you did for me. Ricky and Alex are a great representation of the Jimmy John brand. They deserve a raise and paid vacation Mr. Jimmy John. These type of employees are what make us customers come back. And I will for sure come back any chance I get. A Life time customer was gained today thanks to Ricky and Alex.

I went in store and placed an order for a Beach Club add bacon. There were 2 young men behind the counter. My order was made very fast and I was in and out in about 10 min.

I always examine the ingredients on my subs and this time was no different. I was disappointed to see that my Bacon was not included on the sandwich and the Lettuce they gave me was brown . If the bacon were free I probably wouldn’t have called the location but since I paid $1.75 extra, I called. The 1st guy that picked up the phone said he didn’t know what to do so he gave the phone to another guy who said I needed to speak with a manager. A female got on the phone and she said that they’d write down my number and when I came back to let them know and they’d give me credit. I’m fine with that. We’ll see how easy it is once I go back.

All in all the sandwich was still good without the bacon. I took the Lettuce off. The chocolate chip cookie was the highlight. Will I be back, sure. It probably was an honest mistake to forget the bacon. I’m not thrilled about the brown lettuce. They should know when to throw out veggies that don’t look fresh. If it happens again I won’t be back ‍♀️.

2 ladies wont acknowledge you and another rude pregnant lady wont give you cup holder. If you run out of supply for 1 drink substitute with whatever you have. and tell you manager to order supplies.

Was told they didn’t have french bread wayyyy before they were closing. How the hell you’re a sandwich shop without the main bread you use to make sandwiches??? Figure your inventory out.

The ends and bottom of my Vito sandwich was hard and they placed a broken, stale oatmeal raisin cookie in my bag. I called and asked for the store manager who wasn’t there, but called days later and spoke to the manager. It’s disheartening that quality of food is not important at this location. The person obviously saw that the cookie was broken and still placed it in the bag. Poor quality of food and employee ethics, which includes management because they tolerate poor service and food.

I’m practically a regular to this location and to receive my order almost an hour later killed my appetite. ALSO, when my food was delivered and left on my steps(just as I asked), the bag was ripped open and one of my items was ripped open as well. I’ve contacted customer service.
