I am so irate if I didn’t have to go back to work I would have gone back immediately to speak to the manager of this location. Every employee there today on October 4th 2024 from 4-5pm needs to be retrained and reminded that people spend their hard earned money to feed themselves. I just wanted something fast and affordable to eat on my lunch break and this is what I was served.

I mean, the sandwiches are standard for any JJ’s, you either love them or hate them. I tend to gravitate more towards customer service, and this place, in particular, is very good at making people feel welcome and addressing their needs, Even for something as simple as a sandwich. Great staff, friendly and fast. Even wished me a happy birthday.

I work at a neighboring store and come to Jimmy John’s every now and then. Today, really was amazing. I was outside shoveling to make a pathway for our clients from the street to the sidewalk (our sidewalk was clear because our landlord did what they were supposed to do.) I cannot say the same for the rest of Sherman Ave.
Although our landlord shoveled our sidewalk, the path from the street to the sidewalk was still covered with snow. I went to make a pathway. A 78 YEAR OLD WOMAN stopped me and insisted she take my shovel to go shovel the rest of Sherman Ave. I tried to stop her, but the sidewalks were horrible, and she wouldn’t stop, so I helped her. I also went into every business and let them know a 78 year old woman was shoveling their sidewalk. Jimmy Johns was the ONLY one that came out to shovel.
The young man behind the counter came to shovel, and he was so nice!!!! I cannot say the same about Blaze right next door.

Tonight’s order was not good. The bacon is usually hot but was cold and greasy. Sandwich was not as ordered. Was not put together with any care – most everything fell out when I opened the bag. Cannot recommend this store.

My whole experience was horrible. The employee and manager Gerad was rude. Six employees and nobody to take an order. I would not recommend or suggest anyone to eat from this Jimmy John’s. Go anywhere but here (Try Potbelly)-customer service is much better

They have a Jimmy John’s a mile from my house but claim they can’t deliver to me, so I call the Skokie location which is a half a mile farther and even they can’t deliver to me. If your motto is “Freaky Fast and Freaky Good” then maybe you should work on delivering to people in the same hometown as the restaurant
