I ordered the ranch chicken wrap. I ate most of it and then my last bite i realized there was a piece of bacon in it. For religious reasons I do not eat pork so this is a big deal for me. I called and told them and the person who took my call did not seem too concerned about this. Would not recommend going here if you have any dietary restrictions as they cannot be trusted not to poison you.

Disappointing delivery experience from this location. I actually live really close to this place but don’t have a car right now, and extremely chilly mid-January temperatures even made walking an ill-advised idea, so I decided to try delivery because they do have very reasonable delivery fees compared to the insane prices UberEats/GrubHub/DoorDash charge.
Unfortunately, the positives end there. I placed my order just after 4 PM and it took a good half hour just for to assemble the order and send it out for delivery. I never received any further notifications about the order after the app told me it had gone out for delivery, and the delivery driver apparently ignored my instructions to ring the bell for my apartment. Just before 5 PM I went out to check if my order had arrived, and it did, but they didn’t include my drink for some reason. I found a straw in the bag for it, and the receipt has it listed, but I only saw the bag with the sandwich and chips when I finally found the order. Pretty lousy sandwich, too. Small, somewhat burnt on the outside, somehow mushy and not very tasty on the inside.
After this D grade meal delivery, I don’t know if I even wanna give them another shot with pickup. Worst overall dining experience I’ve had in several years. Should’ve read the other reviews first and taken them as a warning! 🙁

Well I ordered turkey sandwich, not only it cost me $21 but taste like I ate sandwich from last week. Even jewel makes better sandwiches. Not worth the money and will never buy again Jimmy John’s.

I don’t want to disparage the people who work at this location, but Jimmy John’s has changed significantly from what I’m used to in the past. I just paid nine dollars for what constitutes two pieces of meat on a piece of bread. Even the veggies were smaller than what they were in the past. The sandwiches have shrunk, and I just do not see the value anymore. I don’t know if private equity bought the company and is ruining it or what, but I’m not interested in Jimmy John’s anymore, and there are other options out there. I’ve deleted the app from my phone.
The bread is generally very good, so I really hate having to do this, but you have to put something in the bread!

Every time i come to this location, I NEVER GET MY FOOD. I came here once like 6 months ago, and they’re either so poorly managed or so poorly staffed that they can’t even handle a mediocre lunch rush. Sorry but when my lunch break is an hour and you expect me to wait an hour for my food, how exactly am i supposed to make that work? Do NOT visit this location. I tried them again today, hoping they got their stuff figured out but NOPE. Now i’m angry and have no food and wasted my lunch break again. cool.

Generally good but don’t order Beach Club. I could not find the avocado spread, called and was told it was in between the cheese. Pulled apart and informed the JJ employee that there was like a teaspoon. Response: “oh. Sorry.” I said well…I will never order THAT again.

Worst Jimmy John’s sandwich I’ve ever had. I get a #9 every time and it’s always great… today I went to this location and got the driest sandwich ever. Not enough mayo, couldn’t taste any oil and vinegar, no onions at all, I asked for Jimmy’s peppers and there was a total of 5 little pieces of peppers on the whole sandwich. Disappointed that I spent like $12 on such a terrible sandwich.

I went through the drive thru tonight and had a very poor experience. I asked for red wine vinegar for my son’s sandwich and was given Italian dressing. I told the young man with long hair that I wanted the red wine vinegar and he told me that is all they had. I pointed to the numerous gallon jugs of red wine vinegar and said I would like the red wine vinegar. He again told me the Italian dressing was the only option. I ordered the beach club and there was barely any guacamole and no bacon at all. I asked for it plain and it had mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato. Service was also very slow and we waited almost 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches.

Was not very happy with the service I received recently at this location. They messed up and charged me extra for cheese I didn’t get in my order. I came into the store after work a couple hours later and talked to this blonde girl and she argued with me that I was charged without cheese based on the printed receipt, but when I showed on my phone I was charged more, she got her manager. The manager didn’t even say anything to me with no apology. She just returned my extra charge and walked away, then the blonde girl proceeded to throw away my unfinished sandwich without asking me -just took my sandwich bag and threw it away… This kind of customer service was so ridiculous and I work in customer service myself. At least have the decency to say “sorry”. No offer of making me a new sandwich too. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Shame on the manager that schedules and absolutely understaffed the poor lead today, during lunch. This is one of the only fast foods near here so i can only imagine lunch is busy like that every day. Her and her team handled it very well. But you need to better staff from 11-2.
