Probably by far the worst jimmy John’s I’ve been to. They don’t know how to cook the bread, they make the sandwiches wrong, and when the sandwiches are somewhat ok, they forget something. Stay away from this location the franchise owner doesn’t care about the quality of a jimmy johns and just wants your money and it shows. Been ordering here for a year due to it being in my delivery zone and it consistently bad, have to go way out the way to go to a different ran store/franchise to get good results

So the first time I had an issue I was promised a refund. The guy couldnt figure it out i felt he seemed new so it was OK I called back a day later. Same issue. The guy bassicly told me what I wanted to hear. And had no intention of following through. Now a month later I call to place an order I asked what the eta was. And I couldn’t believe the response becuase it was just hilarious. ” I dont do etas” i thought he was joking at ay first becuase well it sounded like a a complete joke. But no this guy was serious. Whoever you are thanks for the laugh I wont be a perk and complain to corporate but you work in a place that known for fast deliveries. Come on man …. lol

Bare with me on this, so for the long story,

I ordered a Giant Italian Club online for pickup. Unfortunately, half of my sandwich was missing (it was a 16 inch sub). Part of this is on me, as I could’ve told my wife the size when my wife picked it up. She was nice enough to pick it up on the way home while I was passing Halloween candy. I reached out to the store (called the # on the receipt and spoke to someone (I thought was lady) who was polite and offered for me to go into the store to correct the order or two free combos to make up for it if I gave her my information. This was appreciated.

So I went back today claim the combos (next day), my experience was very different. The employee at the counter was hostile right from the start. I explained the order was wrong, and the person on the phone took my name and number, and just to tell the person at the counter and they could look it up. The dudes immediate reaction, I could tell he was not believing my story and treating me in that manner. He was focused on who answered the phone, I told him I thought it was a lady, but insisted it couldn’t be. At that point, it felt like he was trying to escalate the situation. I am too old to waste my energy over a sandwich. I could tell he was not having a good day, and said, cool its not worth it over a sandwich to him. I didn’t do it in a disrespectful manner, more of just trying to deescalate the situation (I work in the service industry as well). As I started to walk out, he says “that is what I thought, the sandwich must’ve been good if you came back” At this point I am pretty sure he is trying to start something. While I tried to remain calm and try to my order details, hoping he realize I wasn’t lying, the employee told me to “get the phone out of his face” even though I was standing at the counter just holding it up, and he was making a sandwich (5+ feet away). It was crazy surreal to me as I don’t think I ever seen anyone so hostile immediately. I felt unwelcome and decided it wasn’t worth an argument, so I left.

For the record, I never raised my voice, or said anything in a disrespectful manner to him. I am not sure if people are trying to scam sandwiches or what, but going 0 to 100 like that on a customer is crazy to me. I left the receipt incase he does actually want to look at the order I placed as I could tell he thought I was lying.

I don’t want to disparage the entire store based on this interaction, as mistakes happen, and I’ve generally liked Jimmy John’s in the past. However, the lack of basic courtesy and hospitality I experienced was disappointing. Customer service makes a difference, and this particular experience left me feeling like I wasn’t valued as a customer. I hope this feedback helps with future training and interactions. I won’t be going back to any Jimmy Johns in the future. I don’t like to leave negative reviews, I might have done 2 in the past 10 years. Typically not worth the time, I just stop going there, but the employee went out of his way to make the experience terrible. I hope you get some help man, but taking it on your customers is not the way to go.

Placed an order at 1133AM,its now 1221 PM and I still dont have my order. This happened to me before and I let the issue go,but now this is the second time. I called and was told its out for delivery and they only have 1 driver. How is that my problem???

They are not even trying. Employees not wearing masks AT ALL. Not encouraged no sign to suggest on the door. These employees are behind the line with open food trays and they ask how can I help you. I stared at him, shook my head and walked out. This was the first time coming back, getting over the founders hunting practices. Guess what FU we’re done. Will never return to this chain. Care about your customers and how you can best serve them and the rest of the world.

Such a dirty fast food chain, I found hair in my tuna sandwich! I regret driving from work to pick up some lunch which not only left me hungry for that day but also disgusted. They had a sick person coughing as the cashier and did not even have a mask on!! Poor customer service will never buy food from them! My corporate always used to treat us from them but not anymore!!

I was the only customer inside the store and they made me wait till they made 7 sandwiches for somebody not in the store and they had to cut them in half.I barely had any lunch time left to actually eat what I ordered. Had I seen 7 customers in line I would not have ordered. This isnt freaky fast its freaky frustrating.They shouldn’t make walkins wait so long.If somebody makes a large order they should expect it to take some time and meanwhile they can worl until it gets there.

We order from this location a lot due to the location, however we have yet to receive an order that is correct. We order sandwiches to be cut in half, not once have they been cut in half. We also order extra mayo and mustard packets again never once have we received them. Delivery person can NEVER find our location, even after we leave detailed instructions, we have to walk around the complex to find them. Good thing is the food is always good.
