Such a dirty fast food chain, I found hair in my tuna sandwich! I regret driving from work to pick up some lunch which not only left me hungry for that day but also disgusted. They had a sick person coughing as the cashier and did not even have a mask on!! Poor customer service will never buy food from them! My corporate always used to treat us from them but not anymore!!

They are not even trying. Employees not wearing masks AT ALL. Not encouraged no sign to suggest on the door. These employees are behind the line with open food trays and they ask how can I help you. I stared at him, shook my head and walked out. This was the first time coming back, getting over the founders hunting practices. Guess what FU we’re done. Will never return to this chain. Care about your customers and how you can best serve them and the rest of the world.

Hands down the worst Jimmy Johns location I have ever experienced. They won’t even answer the phone. They always say “we aren’t delivering today due to no drivers”. The employees have no sense of urgency nor do they even care. All of which is surprising for being in a decent area. You’d think a manager would address all these horrible views but this location just simply does not care.

Had to spit out a good amount of the bread because it was stale(at first thought they accidentally toasted it but it was only the ends that were hard to the point of not being able to chew) and the peppers were hard and had the stems from peppers as well. Not the best location. I paid for a sandwich that ended with a 1/4 of it being tossed.

I’m not sure if they are low on drivers or what. I ordered online and after 30 minutes I called to see if it was out for delivery yet because the tracker hadn’t updated yet. They guy said yep we’ll get it to you eventually or that he could just cancel the order. I asked when eventually was and he said another 20-30 minutes or more which would be an hour from when I ordered. I ended up just cancelling the order as I ordered Tuna and I’d rather not get sick from eating tuna that’s been sitting for an hour waiting for a driver… I’d say just call the customer if they think it’ll be that long…

Ordered a #9 for delivery. I was asked “what else would you like”. I politely replied “I am good”….They would not deliver just a sandwich!!!! They were rude & ignorant!! I will never use Jimmy John’s again. They ruined it for every franchisee.
