We came in on a day when it had just started snowing and this Jimmy John’s was empty. We ordered a couple of regular size subs, two bags of chips, and two drinks and the total came out to about $26 – not bad. My Italian sub was perfect. There was a good amount of meat and not too much oil/vinegar. The Jimmy John’s chips are always good too.
All the tables were spotless and the floor didn’t have a spot of salt on it from outside. Our sandwiches were ready before we filled our cups with soda. This location also looks a lot larger than other Jimmy Johns. There looks to be a few more tables than normal and a lot more room to maneuver around other people.

We order from this Jimmy John’s almost every month & it’s always great..
Except for the first time I tried their toasted sandwich and it’s extremely dry. I called to get a new sandwich or refund but the manger said no right away.
For a loyal customer, they should at least give me a refund.
Only put low stars because of this issue.
We easily probably keep this location in business with the amount of sandwiches we order here.
They said on the phone, because I ordered this type of sandwich and took the bread out is why it’s dry (the spicy east coast Italian). They should specify that online & not give you the option to toast all their sandwiches.
I think the sauce is also all dried out. Not edible for $15 I paid. A waste!
They also stopped cutting sandwiches in half for some reason?!!

Driver lied to manager about delivering food. No attempt to make it up to the customer. Said we can send it out with the next set of orders or issue a refund.
I will never order from this location again.

I like this location because the staff are such free spirited people everytime I go here. They seem to enjoy this location too as they are genuinely happy to work there.
Sandwiches are always good and don’t have that old garbage lettuce like the Subway in the area does.
The chips selection could be better as I have tried all of them and the Vinegar & Salt is the only bad thing here.
Everything is made how you like it and you never get that eye roll from the staff.

The team here really does a great job! My online orders are always correct and ready for pick up. I eat here about 2-3x a week on my short lunch break for work. Im always satisfied

just ordered a sandwich for delivery. opened my sandwich and the contents of the sandwich were everywhere but inside the bread. to the point were it was an inedible mess. disgusting. if i give a company a 20% tip, i expect the sandwich fillings to be inside the sandwich. will never be tipping again. good job!

Had to repeat order a few times to make sure it was cut properly and make sure they didn’t add what I didn’t ask for on the sandwich. The manager on duty was making sandwiches without gloves on and then employee who had gloves on reached in the trash to pull something out and then continued making my sandwich with the same gloves on that he reached in the trash then they forgot to give me my cookie that I have purchased and paid for before I left the store.
