this is the best Jimmy John’s location!!! seriously i am spoiled living by the Lombard shop, any time i get Jimmy John’s anywhere else, its terrible in comparison! the wraps are always made picture perfect everytime, and you can tell its because the owner takes pride in his training and consistency. thank you so much for providing quality food, service, atmosphere!

I used to think Jimmy John’s was a decent sandwich shop. I recently found out that the company who owns this shop doesn’t pay their delivery drivers the proper mileage the state requires. They own over 100 shops in the state so I’ll be making sure I only order from ones who actually follow state laws.

Food was okay, didn’t ask us what we wanted to put in or what bread we wanted for our sandwich. Didn’t ask us anything about what we wanted in our sandwich and sandwich was very bland with no taste. My mom said she wanted a veggie sandwich and they made it without us giving any further input. I never want to go here again!! Terrible service with no care.

This has to be the worst Jimmy John’s around! They’ll put 20-25 mins for delivery, yet here we are an hour and 15 minutes later and still NO food! 2 regular size sandwiches! Nothing special nothing out of the ordinary. Placed a huge order once in advance for a class, called to ensure they were able to handle it and would get it here on time. They assured me they could. Well wouldn’t you know. THEY FORGOT! Who does that! They sure didn’t forget to take the payment however!! This was a test to see if we could potentially start using them again for our classes every other week, if they could handle 2 lousy sandwiches and clearly they’re not able to do that. Called the store about 10 minutes ago, was told your order is on its way as we speak so I started to write this review. I’m at work so I get side tracked pulled away having to do things, has taken me 13 minutes to finish this review and guess what NO FOOD YET!! So now we’re almost an hour and a half for 2 sandwich’s! What a joke Jimmy John’s! If you can’t handle the deliveries then allow door dash to do them! They’re more reliable and that’s not saying much either! I would’ve gone myself to pick up, but I have a center full of students that I wasn’t able to leave. You have forever lost our business. I will never ever order another item from your menu! & we have catered a lot just with other locations bc there is several of them around my work! This one location ruined it for all! And I’m talking 400$ orders.

Waited on delivery for over 50 minutes. It would be nice to know if an order was going to take longer than normal, especially when their website shows “not busy.” Our three sandwiches arrived after an hour and the bread was hard.

Definitely NOT freaky fast. They average 1-2 HOURS for delivery, and that doesn’t include the time it takes them to prepare the food. So for over an hour my food sits in someone’s car getting warm and stale and soggy. And the ice in my drink never fails to show up completely melted and watered down.

I see the bad reviews and I just feel bad for the people who clearly got a single bad experience, and I’m just confused. I get delivery all the time from this location and it’s been nothing but accuracy and timely delivery. The food is fresh, they follow the special instructions, and when there is an issue (I’m not saying they’re perfect) they have been willing to correct it and It’s hassle free. I will be ordering here again!
