Ordered the new Chicken Cesar wrap. Tasted outstanding just not enough chicken for me. At 9.34 after tax adding more chicken would put me over my 10 dollar limit lunch tag. Either way it filled me up and the staff are always friendly. Freaky fast with a smile. Thanks

I placed an online order for my boss prior to my lunch time for delivery. It was 30 mins later and I called the store to see why it hadn’t been delivered. Since my lunch time was approaching I just told them to hold it and I will pick it up. Before heading out I placed my order and asked for ez avocado spread and lettuce they barely put turkey on it and literally the avocado spread was nonexistent. I’m not sure if they got upset that I requested to have the delivery tip removed from the first order but I paid $9 for a barely there sandwich. I don’t think that I will be ordering from here again. Also there were two delivery cars parked outside so not sure why they were “waiting” on the driver to come back. I am really upset they could pause delivery orders online there’s an option for restaurants to do that.

I accidentally selected pickup instead of delivery for my lunch order. I was unable drive there because of work. The manager on duty reached out to check in. After +2 hours we were able to pickup our order, the employee on duty remade our sandwiches on the spot because they were concerned the sandwiches would be soggy.

The staff clearly didn’t want to be there. We weren’t greated by the staff. We ordered a toasted club lulu with avocado spread. At other Jimmy John’s they have placed the avocado spread on the sandwich. The avocado was on the side. They couldn’t provide us with a knife to spread the avocado spread. 5 stars for the food because it tasted so good.

I ordered delivery from here be myself they are freaky fast. I am on a tight schedule and am now behind because I have to wait on an outsourced uber driver. From time of order to delivery, it is going to be just shy of an hour! Normally, they deliver within 15 minutes.
