Ordered online, they didn’t give me the two bags of chips i ordered after i asked at the window if the chips were in the small bag packed with two sandwiches. They said yes, even though i knew they were not. I knocked and asked for the chips. I also paid for bacon, they did not add it on the sandwich. There was a hair in one of the sandwiches.

Unprepared and unhelpful. You sell sandwiches on 2 types of bread and only one of which is popular enough and most common enough to have ready yet they couldn’t do that. Waited until after we ordered to even bother saying they didnt have bread ready. The drive through worked didnt even seem bothered. Clearly customer service is the last thing they care about. I will never visit this location again and recommend driving just slightly further for one that can and will have what you want. Terrible leadership and employees.

I was nervous with all the reviews. Ive been before but not in a long while. Last time the sandwiches were sad and the staff was moody. This time was wonderful! Made an app order and had my friend pick it up. She said the staff was nice and even gave her pickles as requested.

When my family and I order when I was a kid the sandwichs were loaded with meat and cheese. Today I ordered and got 1 slice of cheese and 2 slices of meat. As a kid there was 3 slices of cheese on the sandwich and at least 10 to 12 slices of meat on the sandwich. Now the lemonade is water with a drop of lemon and ice. As a kid there lemonade actually tasted like lemonade. I am very disappointed with my order today. I probably won’t order from you guys again.

Will never eat at a Jimmy johns again. I had a side of pasta salad and did not know there is an up vharge. I then asked to have chips to avoid the up charge . However, the employee refunded my entire order and told me.I will save my money in 3 to 5 days. I was then asked for my card again to pay for the new order. I refused.
And called the corporate jimmy john’s customer service line. I do not understand why they cannot just refund the premium side. If you buy a pair of jeans in a shirt and want to return the shirt , they refund the money for the shirt. They do not refund the whole order and make you buy it again and wait 3 to 5 days to get your money back. I spent my half an hour lunvh break just trying to get food.I did not get a sandwich.I did not eat lunch. I have eaten at Jimmy John’s since the 1990s.However , after this experience , I will never eat there again.

I called to place an order and they put me on hold for 20 minutes. Not a typical hold though I could hear them helping multiple people and talking amongst themselves. I hung up and tried to call again and the call couldn’t be completed because they were “busy”. If your employees can’t do it get AI.

Seriously received a little John that was literally 5 inches. Called and all they said was sorry, it was from the morning cut. Consistency is very important to run a restaurant. Will never go there again.
