During my grandfather’s recent visit to this Jimmy John’s location, the cashier used profanity toward another team member while completing his transaction. Such conduct is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the standards of this establishment. Had I been present, I would have corrected the situation immediately, as I am a manager myself at a full-service restaurant and understand the importance of maintaining professionalism and respect in front of guests. Whoever that individual was needs to be coached.

I was greeted by a guy with glasses who seemed genuinely disappointed that he worked here. No “welcome to Jimmy John’s”. Just a negative tone of “are you ordering?”. I haven’t been to a JJ in over 10 years and I won’t be going back. The guy was very frustrated that I didnt know the sizes of the sandwich’s. “Do you want a big one or a little one!”. Guy shouldn’t be working with customers or in the service industry. If he had been nice I would have tipped.

Placed an online order and picked it up. When I got home the sandwich was incorrect I called and immediately placed on 10 minute hold before anything could be explained and I was not going to drive back after I got home 2 towns away was pretty much offered no resolution and the team member I spoke to was rude

This will be my last time ordering from JimmyJohns. The last 3 times I’ve ordered from JJ, my sandwich has been wrong! I order the same thing every time. This time I was sent 2 sandwiches, when I only ordered 1, and NEITHER were correct! Where are the tomatoes?!?!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience at this location. I understand that fast food and retail can be tough environments, and I don’t expect perfection—but this visit felt especially frustrating.
We were spoken to rather rudely at the drive-thru window, with an employee claiming we repeatedly said we were done ordering, when in fact we only said it once. It’s possible there was a miscommunication, but we had two people in the car confirming that we never said we were done and that the employee was just rudely dismissing us during our order. The employee was wearing an AirPod in one ear and a headset in the other, which doesn’t seem very efficient when taking drive thru orders.
What stood out more, though, was the overall environment—loud music, laughing at customers in the background, and a general lack of attentiveness. It gave the impression that the team wasn’t particularly focused on customer service.
After reading similar reviews, it seems this might be more of a management issue than a one-off situation. I hope this feedback is helpful and that the location can work toward a more professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Bread so hard its like someone’s knocking at your front door. Usually I write kind reviews but this is unacceptable. Actual sandwich meat and lettuce was fine but the texture of the bread was hard as a rock, clearly stale, but still being sold for $17 (giant sub).

Asked for the a slim sandwich, the most basic of basic they can do at jimmy John’s and I had to go back to the store and still received TWO additional incorrect sandwiches. Did not even go in a third time to tell them they can’t put three ingredients correctly together in one sandwich. Will not return to this location.

I have had terrible experiences the last several times with Jimmy John’s. So far we are about 0 for 3 with order accuracy. Most recently I ordered 4 sandwiches, and only 3 were entered in the system. My daughter had to share hers with me because the line was so long. The young man doing the orders was rushing me along trying to close my order before I could finish. Won’t be going back again. I’m pretty fed up with JJ’s sorry to say.
Update: originally I had given 2 stars for messing up my order. However, after filing a complaint, Jimmy John’s customer service made it right. It’s great to see a classy response. Still, I feel like JJ’s needs a boost of QC across all restaurants. Hope to see that happen in the future.

These employees could not have wanted to be here less. I felt bad for bothering them to get a sandwich. They were not busy and only had two things to do. Make a sandwich and pour a Coke. Sandwich was great, Coke was diet, or a REALLY bad mix. Needless to say, this visit was the nail in the coffin for tipping far food employees to do their job. Never again.
