Just ordered a turkey sandwich to go. After I sit down to unwrap my sandwich I realize how extremely pale the bread is. It doesn’t even look fully baked. I took one bite and threw it away. The bread was totally mushy, doughy, and undercooked. I don’t know why they would even serve this bread to anymore. I will never come back here. Waste of time and money. And I’m still hungry!

Allowed me to wait for curbside for a while. I had to call to learn they weren’t going to bring my order to my car because they’re understaffed. Instead of calling to let me know they let me wait. And my order is wrong. Employee not empathic at all. WORST LOCATION.

Walking in for a quick bite and walked out feeling like family service was great two ladies well mannered respectful five stars to them BUT would say I wouldn’t have pest control spraying inside the establishment while costumers are there makes a odd experience

Delete if you want but I will keep saying this roaches are in this restaurant and Im not lying. I got a ice tea and wanted to put extra ice in my cup but was greeted by two roaches from the ice machine. Growing up and being a shift lead in fast food industry this is highly unacceptable and disgusting. The higher ups how do you all not know that there is roaches infesting y’all store? Other than that tragic situation the young black man who made my meal was very helpful and sweet.

I’ve had pretty decent experience at this location, but I refuse to go back after this. I went in around 6 PM ish on 10.15
The young man taking my order must have been upset about something because chose to take his anger out on me. He made comments like “C’mon just order” “Seriously? You adding on all this extra stuff?” “I don’t got time for this. Are you done yet?” “You sure you don’t want ANYTHING else?” For context I ordered a 16″ American Beef Crunch and a 16″ Club Lulu with sauce and Dijon mustard. So I guess that was “too much”. Albeit I was taking my time ordering so maybe he was annoyed at my slowness.
Yet the two people who ordered after me he was completely polite to. I guess because they didn’t ask for extras.
I felt very belittled. I should have turned around and walked out. Completely trash experience.

Never order delivery from this Jimmy John’s. They received my order at 12:39 PM and it finally “went out for delivery” at about 1:25 PM. The driver finally pulled up at 2:15 to drop off the order. I’m not sure why this location can’t seem to figure out delivery when “freaky fast” is supposed to be their thing. The sandwiches (two of them) were fine, but the service was awful.

Everyone greeted me happily upon entering. The manager personally helped me with my order because I couldn’t see clearly after eye surgery. Great customer service. I ordered an extra 16″ sandwich to support this franchise. Both customized sandwiches were delicious! Thanks guys
