Our company ordered here for employee appreciation day. Everyone was excited we haven’t had Jimmy John’s in awhile. Food arrived.. we had to call since half the subs were wrong. Mine arrived at first I thought was toasted.. but no the bread was stale and I wasn’t the only one. It was so HARD it was disgusting. The best part of the food was the drinks and chips. I should have checked the date on those but I was so hungry. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST JIMMY JOHN’S EVER.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SANWHICH PREP?! Pls pay attention to customizations. There’s been numerous times where I’ve requested more of or exclude an ingredient and instructions are never read correctly. So disappointing bc I love Jimmy johns and have tried time and time again with this location and it’s always a hit or miss.
The store is never open on the hours they claim, & don’t bother ordering an hour before close. They will deliver the sandwich once the store is closed as a last delivery. Last time I ordered a sanwhich at 7:10pm and my sandwich was delivered and arrived at 8:09pm by a young man.

I did a large order and checked the sandwiches before I left. Out of the 11, two were missing. I caught one because it was my own but missed the other missing one until I got back to my school. I avoided delivery for this exact reason as this was the second time I’ve had an issue with ordering from here. Please do a better job of triple checking the orders.

I ordered food 40 minutes ago for delivery thats 10 minutes, if that away. I couldn’t leave work because the parking lot at my job isnt always easy to get out of. I called 30 minutes after placing my order to ask where it was. I was told it was on the way. I called again 15 minutes later and asked where it was. The guy on the phone said theyre “a little backed up. But should be there soon.” When I said that I thought it was supposed to be “freaky fast” the guy said “ma’am, we’re not going to crash our cars.” And asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I told him no, id like my food. Oh, look 44 minutes later and its finally here. Left with 15 minutes of lunch! Thanks Jimmy Johns!

It’s been over an hour from when my order was supposed to be delivered and it hasn’t been. My app has no update on it, just gives me the option to reorder. I have called multiple times with no one picking up. I should’ve read the other reviews for this location before ordering. How are they going to take my money so quickly but not give me my order or any update on it???? I will be disputing the charge.
