It’s your typical Jimmy Johns spot, I can’t complain much about it. Staff does their job and I had an issue on my app when ordering. If the staff member would have told me I could just use my phone number and I’ll get the rewards points instead of spending 5 minutes trying to figure out the app, I would have saved time.

I’ve given this location a few opportunities and they always disappoint. First time they forgot the cookies we ordered. Second time they brought us someone else’s order. Both times the delivery was late. This last time they didn’t show up at all. Apparently they didn’t have a driver today, so they just ignored the order. We called and they said they had called us to let us know, but we had no missed calls. Never again jimmy. Never again.

Will never eat here again. Not only was it 40 minutes late, but I was sick to my stomach not even 30 minutes after eating it. Was out the rest of the night, and still feel sick the next day, stomach pain, chills….Most likely food poisoning. Should have looked at the horrible reviews. Clearly nobody is managing this place, and if someone is, they should be replaced ASAP.

The food I always order is spot on & very fresh. I prefer this over subway to be honest. Jimmy Johns also has a points system in the app for every 3-4 orders you get a free sandwich, side, or even drink! Usually not very busy around the hours I go/food is always ready for pickup!

I placed an order for delivery over the phone, paying with my credit card at 11:45 AM. I chose the Dundee Rd., Wheeling location because it is less than 2 miles from my place of business. I did not have my lunch at 12:30 so I called again. I was told that the order had just gone out with the delivery person and that I should be receiving it any minute.
An hour later still no delivery so I called again. This time a different person told me that they did not even deliver to my address and after asking around, I was told that no one from that location had even taken my order. I insisted that I had indeed placed my order with this location and had also given out my credit card number. When I pressed the person on the phone about what happened to my credit card number he asked around again, and this time I was told that my credit card transaction had been voided. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that the only manager available did not speak English.
I wish I had read the reviews for this place before I ever placed my order. Live and learn!

The only reason they are getting 1 star is because negative reviews are not allowed.
1. Counter clerk was extremely rude and after suggesting he can sell my husband a roll for our toddler son (my husband was getting a sandwich), he refused to actually sell said offered roll.
2. Counter clerk said that they were to busy to serve my husband and son. The shop was empty.
3. When I called to speak with the person in case there was a misunderstanding he was rude beyond believe on the phone.
Would never give my business to them. Ever.
