Great subs!! Very consistent in them time after time! For pickup, if you order anything on the side like mayo packets, double check. They’re consistently bad at seeing or checking this. But, we keep coming back cause the subs are perfect!

I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service that was given to me from the MANAGER of this store! I ordered my food through DoorDash with specific directions on how to deliver my food to my door to avoid any confusions! The delivery driver which so happen to be the manager of Jimmy John’s did not follow directions. Instead he left my food outside of my apartment complex and someone must’ve taken it because I spent 10 minutes searching for my food! I called the store to advise them that I do not have food and it’s been 2 hours since I placed my order. The manager answered the phone and was immediately over talking me as I was explaining my experience with this order. He then explained that door dash was the merchant who delivered my food and that it had arrived at 4:24pm. I called DoorDash and they stated that Jimmy John’s delivered my food. I then called Jimmy John’s and put them on 3 way with DoorDash so they can reconcile this issue. The manger answer the phone again and after realizing I was calling again he started to argue with me, stating that he delivered the food, it arrive at 4:45pm and he followed directions and to go downstairs again to check for my food. I’ve explained to him plenty times in many different ways that I do NOT have my food, it was not left in front of my apartment door like I requested, nor did I receive ANY notifications that food was going to be delayed or when it “arrived”! After spending almost 20 minutes on the phone with both parties ADVOCATING FOR MYSELF the manger hung up the phone on me when I asked for his manager contact information. The manager did not try a solution this issue at all! I didn’t receive a refund nor was my food delivered again. I am disgusted with this experience.

horrible customer service. the driver comes to my place of business does not say anything. stands there for maybe 1 minute gets an attitude storms out talking loud . gets on the phone talking really loud while I have customers in my showroom. if the drive would of waiting till we got done helping customers. we could of helped her. she could of even announced herself and said she had delivery.instead of just standing there with an attitude like the is to good to wait till someone got free. we order lot from you guys per week . we will have reconsider that maybe we may have to go somewhere else with our business.

Unbelievable… after waiting for an hour still NO DELIVERY. First time I called (after waiting a half hour) I was told it was out for delivery, please keep in mind we are 5 mins away from the store. Called again 30 mins later and heard the story of transformers were out etc and still no delivery. Someone who ordered a half hour after me got her delivery and the delivery guy said there was nothing else being delivered to our building. Called to cancel my order and get a refund and they said oh OK. So again it wasn’t “out for delivery” IT WAS NEVER MADE. Why lie to a paying customer. I will never order from this place again!
