We got the Spicy East coast Italian, love the double salami, wish it was sliced thicker. It wasn’t spicy at all.
The Jimmy Cuban with bacon was very tasty too. When we were there the line was long, a class field trip? Unfortunately it was moving very slowly, almost left, not sure worth the wait.

Giving this store a 3 mainly due to my last experience. I work across the street but due to my training and such i couldn’t walk over. I ordered my food, to be delivered in time and sadly at 12:14 it showed our for delivery and at 12:50 I got the order. Called spoke to the manger that day and was like oh we are slow. The driver is amazing and she’s working hard, managers there do not care about the customers. She offered to bring me another order now, but I asked could I come at lunch and the assistant said they would honor it but it’s like I paid $23 for a sandwich I didn’t get to really eat and it was soggy

it’s a shame that this gem is buried between the portillo’s and Chipotle. The sub is nice and meaty, on the staff that works there is pretty cool. not to mention the sub comes out insanely fast, so if you are hungry in a rush this is your spot!
The only problem is the price, over $10 for a normal sized sub is really pushing it

04-24-25 around 4:30Pm I got a kicking ranch chicken wrap and asked for a side order of pickles.
I was not offered to enter the phone number for rewards also no receipt was given to me and to make things worse I was charged for the side of pickles and never got them!
Terrible listening skills by the two employees that were there and I was the only customer in the store!

The delivery time on the app was off over 30 minutes when I called the store for an estimated time I was spoken to rudely, and not provides an answer. When The order was Finally delivered it was left with the packages deliveries and the driver hung up on me when I called to ask where was my food. I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect, it’s outrageous they want.you to tip them like it’s mandatory but they provided very poor services.

I recently visited Jimmy John’s for lunch and was blown away by the service I received. The general manager, Gerard, went above and beyond to make sure my experience was top-notch.
First of all, the sandwiches are to die for. I ordered the Vito (hold the mayo) and it was packed with fresh, delicious ingredients. The bread was soft and the meats were perfectly sliced. I’ve never tasted anything like it.
But what really made my visit memorable was Gerard. He was so funny and friendly, and he made sure to check on me throughout my meal. He even offered me a taste of his famous secret sauce, which was out of this world. I’m not sure what’s in it, but I think it might have cured my cancer (I’m just kidding, please don’t sue me).
All in all, I highly recommend Jimmy John’s for a delicious and entertaining lunch experience. Gerard is a gem and I can’t wait to visit again. Five stars!

I ordered and then the guy at the register laughed. The other guy working asked what was so funny and the guy at the register said “I’ll tell you later.” Well, I went to my destination and realized they didn’t add turkey to my sandwich. I would have been fine if they told me there was no turkey left. I have not eaten all day because I get nauseous from my medication and I needed all the fuel the sandwich would have provided. I ate it anyway but I don’t like how the situation was handled
