This is my favorite jimmy johns. The staff is always generally pleasant and they are clearly all good at working fast and well. On Sunday the 7th at lunch time I came in to find one single guy working. He was kind about us having to wait and was moving really quickly. There were about 6 sandwiches in front of him and three of us waiting in the lobby. From my experience in food service I could tell he had been alone for a fat second. Maybe someone was on break? I did end up walking out when I saw another ticket print before any of us had even ordered. That guy didn’t need my order to pile up on his shoulders. This company is big enough no one should have to work alone on what was definitely a busy enough shift to justify 3+ people. They should have gotten someone else in to work with him or shut the store and payed him for the hours if they couldn’t. This was all on a snowy day where coming in at all is hard enough. Good Luck to the staff here and thanks for all the sandwiches.

The meat on the sandwich’s was a five, with a nice pile of meat on all of the subs we ordered, and the service was fast an friendly. That said, the topping options were just ok and the bread seemed a bit “firm”. Maybe it was a bit old (I doubt it) or maybe that is just how it is, but I prefer it to be a bit softer.

I was just at your location picking up a #3 Tuna. I asked the cashier for everything on it and to add cheese, onion, and peppers. I watched him as he rang it up and he did it correctly. The price was accurate, etc…As I wait, the manager, called out #4. I said no, I ordered Tuna with extras. The manager makes my sandwich and handed it to me. No bag, when it was clearly to go, and I said all the extras are on there, right. He says, “yes.” Why did I know they were not, and put my trust in him that they were? I got back to my office, and no cheese, onions or peppers. it’s not that hard! It really isn’t. All he had to do was find the receipt or just ASK me what I ordered extra on it. 8/7 1:20.

I was extremely let down by the service at Jimmy John’s. The employee who prepared my sandwich seemed to care little about the quality of their work—my sandwich was clearly thrown together carelessly, missing several key ingredients. When I brought up the issue, the response was far from apologetic. The lack of proper care and courtesy is unacceptable, and I strongly believe that the manager needs to address this and ensure the staff is better trained. This experience has left me questioning the commitment to quality and customer service at Jimmy John’s.

I order from here once per week. The order is always correct. Be careful when ordering delivery. I ordered for delivery and realized I accidentally forgot to add the tip online after the driver came. My fault. However, they clearly retaliated against me with my order. I ordered the beach club, and it came with no avocado spread, and the turkey tasted strange. The driver dropped the food off to me who is usually friendly. I said thanks and have a great day, and he stormed off and completely ignored me, with me not realizing what I did at the time. I’ve been in sales for 20 years, and would never do something like that if it was the reverse. I would have happily ran the tip over to them as soon as I realized what happened, but I feel like I was purposely retaliated against. Come on. We are better than that. Just be careful to make sure you order correctly online. I hope I am wrong, but it doesn’t seem that way.
