Not a Jimmy John’s standard. It’s a veggie sandwich, of course made with same gloves they touch meat products with. Seems to have lacking some training around how to handle food. It wasn’t under staffed. Not sure why they can’t maintain certain standards. Of course, Sandwich lack of lettuce and guac in between the cheese. Won’t be going to this location at all.

I typically only review experiences that are amazing, or terrible. This was awful, I live 0.6 miles away. This store is walking distance from me and it took my order 48 minutes to make it here on a Sunday. It’s embarrassing, especially when that’s your entire franchise’s claim to fame. They won’t change their practices based on other reviews. So save your time and don’t come here, I know I won’t.

Ordered lunch for delivery. Driver forgot the drinks and was unable to communicate in English. Went back to his car and drove away. Called the store and was refused refund and instead given credit for next order. I order so rarely from them that the credit will likely be lost. Food was decent, but service and follow through very poor.

First off they forgot both bags of chips, and hen I call they say they can only credit account or drop off the chips, I’m on a lunch break I don’t have time to wait all over again, than Roger the manager hangs up on me when I call up there. And they put onions on a sandwich that wasn’t customized to add onions. This place sucks. Should’ve just saved the money and waited to eat till I got home from work. Waste of time and money.

I placed an order at 5:32 PM and it is now 6:09 PM and my sandwich has not been delivered yet. My husbands deep dish pizza from Lou Malnati’s got delivered before a sandwich. When I called the delivery guy seemed in no hurry to get it to its destination. Jimmy John’s needs to change their slogan to “you’ll get it when you get it.”

I usually don’t give a negative review just based on the fact that it’s a statistical fact that people are 10x more likely to give a negative review before they give 1 positive review, but I will say this: Yet another corporate food company in our area. We pay them for simplicity of the order and delivery. The last 2 deliveries I have requested were incredibly late because they couldn’t find my address. I can walk the 10 minutes to their store, but wanted to try to give tips to their local drivers. If they can’t find my place which is less than 1 mile away, I refuse to order from them any longer. I am assuming they are hiring staff at a lower wage using the ‘rona as an excuse internally while paying lower wages to those begging for a job. Find another local company.

So just to preference, this is the first time I ordered Jimmy Johns in months from this place. I wanted to tip in cash but on the app they wouldn’t let me and I couldn’t tip nothing so I tipped a cent. Minutes later I got a call from the store asking if the tip was accurate and I never had once had a store or place call me about my tip. I said yes and they didn’t ask me anything else, minutes later the delivery comes by and the driver placed my food in the bag away from the door, but placed my drink in front of the door. So, if I tried to open my door all the way I would spill the drink everywhere. To add insult to injury, the driver saw this from the seat of his car and instead of doing anything he drove off. This level of pettiness is cringe and honestly I support anyone from not ordering from this Jimmy Johns anytime soon.

I really dislike writing bad reviews but at this point, it is well deserved. This is very local to my home. I went 3 times and each time, someone was wrong. First time, they forgot the turkey in my TURKEY TOM. Mistakes happen, I called and they gave me a new one. Second time, I asked for extras like dijon and tomatoes with NO Mayo. They just skipped that part and made it the regular way. I called to let them know, they said “You need to come back for a new one then.” …..ok last 3rd time, I cashed in a free sandwich from downloading the app. I asked for cucumbers but they added pickles and forgot the cheese. I WENT BACK and then the woman at the counter wanted to charge me for the cheese even though it was a free sub… Nobody was apologetic at all.
