Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in several hours. Every single table and booth was dirty. We had to ask for them to clean a booth off for us. The floor was covered in straw wrappers and food debris. At least the employee apologized for the messiness. Sandwich was fine but the cookie was stale.

I don’t understand why this location’s delivery is so insanely slow. I ordered a sandwich on my lunch hour (2pm-3pm) at 2:05pm. I didn’t get a notification that it was out for delivery until 2:34pm. It finally arrived at 2:50pm with 10 minutes left in my break. Driver was great but they must be understaffed because this is crazy.

They make very good sandwiches. Everything is always fresh. And true to their word, the smells are free.
The included picture was taken a few years ago when they were giving away free turkey and ham sandwiches. Not a lot of other places give away a whole sandwich!

We have been to this location numerous times as it is our local location. However, our most recent order had me disgusted and traumatized from wanting to go here again. We ordered our food but when we got our food they informed us they made an extra sandwich on “accident” so they put in our order. Since we all had a sandwich and were full we put the extra sandwich in the fridge for someone who may want it later. My daughter was eating it a day or two after and all of a sudden yelled that there was a toenail in her sandwich and she bit it. I look at it and at first glance thought it was onion but no onions were on sandwich and upon further investigation it did end up being a toenail or a thumbnail that was dirty. Regardless ,it was in the sandwich. I called but since it was not the “same day as our order” they did not want to help with any solutions. I saved the nail in a paper towel to bring to show them but did not go and take it to them after the manager I spoke to seemed to care less. I will post the photo here if I can.

Honestly the slowest location I’ve ever ordered from. It’s a five minute drive but guaranteed 30-40 min delivery every time. And if you call and talk to the rude manager he will mansplain being busy when their whole thing is freaky fast.

I’m so happy to leave a great review! One of the sandwiches that was delivered was incorrect so I called hoping to get it corrected. The manager was really nice about the mixup and got the correct sandwich back over quickly with a free cookie too! It was so refreshing to not have to talk to a bot and have a mistake corrected in such a kind manner. I will happily eat from here again. Give that guy a raise because people like that who are professional, respectful, and kind are hard to come by in the restaurant industry lately!

I ordered catering for 30 people on Tuesday afternoon and at 1030am on Wednesday morning all the food was ready. Such exceptional service. DJ was so friendly and he came in early so my order was ready for my pick up time of 1030am. What a great young guy. Everything tasted delicious. Thank you very much. Will definitely be back soon..

Definitely not freaky fast! We walked in and peered at the counter, only one other table had guests. We ordered a wrap and two sandwiches. We waited TEN MINUTES for food to be ready. I’m not sure where the delay was, there were three workers all working on sandwiches.

Having been a patron of Jimmy John’s for some time, I’ve come to expect a certain level of consistency and quality that keeps me coming back. My last three visits were nothing short of perfect, with sandwiches that hit all the right notes in terms of flavor and satisfaction.
However, my latest visit was a bit of a letdown. The sandwich I received, while still OK, didn’t live up to the high standards set by my previous experiences. The ham was scant, leaving each bite feeling a bit lackluster, and the overall filling was underwhelming, not providing the hearty meal I anticipated.
