Ordered a toasted sandwich to be delivered. The person rang the doorbell and left. I get to the door and its left by the door. It’s February it’s 10 degrees outside. So much for my toasted sandwich being warm.. Your delivering food you wait for person to answer the door. Your NOT Amazon dropping off a package. If you were delivering pizza would you leave it on the step in 10 degree weather ??????
BTW I read a lot of bad reviews about your driver. Sounds to me you got a delivery driver problem and he is gonna cost you some business. We’ll its nice to have options. Subway across the street. Jersey Mike’s by Woodman’s plus Fratellos has a nice Italian sub. Oh yeah the Mobil gas station by me near the old Dino Den restaurant has a small sub shop inside and those are pretty good also. I always order ahead using the Jimmy John’s app, and my order is ready lightning-fast and exactly how I requested it. The team here is consistently friendly and welcoming—they greet every guest as they walk through the door, which makes a big difference.

There was a mistake with one of my sandwiches and the manager (or whoever answered the phone) was very helpful! Remedying the issue was quick and easy, which I appreciate more than anything. Mistakes happen and they did everything right to maintain a positive customer experience.

The sandwiches I have purchased here have been nothing but inconsistent. The last and final straw was today, when I tried to substitute one cheese for another. I wanted a cheese other than cheddar; the lady taking my order stated there would be an extra charge for that. No, I walked out. I will spend my money elsewhere. It’s good but not that good. Period. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Sandwich shops are on every street corner.

got my food delivered to me. Went down to get it and the guy gave it to me. I said thank you and he rolled his eyes. I then said had a good night and he walked away. I was honestly scared he did something to my food. If you hate your job maybe find something else, or something that doesn’t involve other people. He is not a people

Ordered #10 Hunt Club online for a pick up this should have been a roast beef and provolone sandwich. Got a sandwich with 2 slices of roast beef and was covered in Turkey instead.
Edit: it was a bit better this time but when I did an online order they messed up the toppings and gave the toppings meant for the #11 sandwich on mine. I hate mayo and get sick from it yet it was on my sandwich rather than my dads.

I only ever get the veggie sandwich and the last time I was in, my sandwich barely had any ingredients on it. When I called to tell them that I had gaps of no toppings on my sandwich, I was told that they couldn’t do anything about it. This was pretty disappointing considering I get this at other locations with no issues.
