This location has learned nothing. They seem only to cater to the lunch, early dinner crowd as they are always closing shop before 8pm. Doesn’t matter anyway they never have bread after 6pm.
What I find odd is that in Milwaukee, in general, you will find some of the worse customer service. However the staff in West Allis is bang on.

I always stop here to pick up some lunch when I’m in Cary. They have a few booths if you want to eat in. The service is fast and friendly and the food is good.

Worst Jimmy John’s in the area. The bread is almost always hard. Their delivery service is the worst though. The last time I ordered there, my delivery showed in the app as delivered after about 25 mins, but my order didn’t show up until over TWO HOURS later. The was only a slight improvement from the time before that I ordered delivery and waited for almost an hour with the store having no explanation for it.

I visited the Cary Jimmy John’s on Thursday, August 7th, 2025. This was my fourth visit to the Cary JJ’s following my last visit in July but I have always loved this chain of food. My sandwich was really good and it was easy picking it up after work where I just got to enjoy myself and nothing better than JJ’s to do so. I recently joined Freaky Fresh rewards and it is so worth it! The staff were friendly, respectful but soft spoken and good at their job. I am sure I will be back soon! (Written 8-15-25)

I’m very disappointed with the service I had today. I ordered a simple sandwich on the mobile app for delivery and it took over and hour to get to my house…. The store is literally 10 minutes away and I needed to get some important stuff done around the house and though that I would save myself some time and order online. As with every Jimmy Johns I’ve been to, the staff is always friendly and service oriented. I get the #5 Vito every time and it’s the same at every different Jimmy Johns I go to. They do not crimp on the ingredients!
