I ordered food on the app. Said app didn’t tell me that this location was closed on a Saturday night. I placed my order, and now that I’ve checked online, I am unable to receive my food. I am NOT happy! I want a refund! This was HORRIBLE! I’ll never be shopping here again. I do expect to hear back from this place with my refund! This was NOT FREAKY FAST!

The last time I was at this Jimmy John’s I was with my elderly mother who had Alzheimer’s and was terminally ill, the employee grew impatient with her because she was having difficulty understanding the menu and he began yelling at her causing her to begin crying. She has since passed; however, I felt the manner in which she was treated at this Jimmy John’s was so abysmal the I needed to comment on it.

When you schedule delivery for 10:30 am and it arrives at 10:47 am, that’s not acceptable. If you are unable to deliver at 10:30 am because the driver starts work at 10:30, then don’t have that time slot be an option for delivery. Some people (students whose lunch is 10:30 to 11) can’t be flexible with their lunch time and being 17 minutes late isn’t acceptable. I also called twice, maybe you could of proactively called and said, hey my driver can’t get there until after 10:45, do you still want the order?

Pretty good service for takeout. Employees wear masks, but no gloves when delivering food out to the cars. Most stores in the air protect their employees and customers with gloves. Maybe JJ should start following the same policy.

I ordered the giant BLT sandwich w extra bacon. It had 4 pieces of bacon and the bread was hard as concrete..nice!. They charged 4 extra dollars for 2 pieces of sad bacon. Last time it took my order 40 minutes and I live 2 minutes away. Please stop hiring millennials
