So I just got back from Jimmy Johns ], and wow, let me tell you about it! I tried the [Number 9 ] Toasted , and it was delicious, incredible ! The sauce was rich and creamy, the meat was perfectly cooked, the presentation was stunning And the service was great as always .

Disgusting. Inedible. Imagine taking a bite and the bad taste says something is wrong here, so you don’t eat more than a few bites but the taste lingers for hours later. I’ve been a patron of Jimmy Johns across the US for 15 years. Naturally some experiences have been great, some not so great, but overall a good sandwich shop with the highest item being the bread. The bread has always had this signature smell. It tastes incredible and my family loves it. THIS, what they served today. Ain’t it.

This jimmy johns is by far the best I’ve had. The owner is always working, he is friendly and remembers you every time. They’ve never messed up our order and we order like every other Friday for our work treat.
The other week they were out of jimmy peppers due to shipping issues and they called us personally after we ordered to let us know they wouldn’t be on our sandwiches.
Delivery is always fast, although we live roughly a mile away.
Today we came in to order and we noticed there were jimmy peppers. Of course we got extra for no additional cost and he even told the line-man to give us free peppers on the side! That really is above and beyond service for a sandwich shop. It keeps us coming back.

Absolutely atrocious sandwhich shop, how can you mess up so bad you give me a sandwhich with the wrong ingredients and it was ice cold when I specifically asked for a toasted sub. These workers gotta go!

Food took over an hour from when I placed the order until it arrived to me. Turkey tasted good while tomatoes and cucumbers had an off taste. Had to take off them in order to eat food. Soda also has an off taste. Undrinkable Just very disappointed with the over all service

Huge shoutout to Ali and his team! We had placed an order for 7 boxes (198 sandwiches) to be delivered to a funeral home for a Wake but accidentally had the wrong date. On the day of the Wake, while waiting for the delivery we realized the mistake. Without hesitation, Ali jumped into action. He called another location to get extra bread, and within an hour, his team worked wonders to have all the sandwiches ready. Outstanding service and dedication – thank you, Ali.

Placed a delivery order for a sandwich and requested extras (cucumbers, hot peppers, onions, and extra pickles) and the sandwich didn’t come with any of the extras. I called to make them aware, and they said the person that made the sandwich put it on there and to look under the lettuce. I’m staring at my sandwich now and said I could send a picture of a sandwich that clearly doesn’t have any of the ingredients. I wasn’t looking for a replacement, just simply to make them aware, but they clearly didn’t want the feedback and stood by adding those ingredients to the sandwich. I will never order from here again.
