I think i made the ‘mistake’ of tipping 50 cents on a $7.50 sandwich so they didnt cut it and quite literally put as few toppings as possible on it.
They also didnt ask my name and let me sit there for ten mins while my sandwich sat their and they never bothered to say ‘hey’ even thiugh I was only one in the store.
Also the ‘its better toasted’ stickers are kind of passive aggressive when im not offered the option.
Pay a decent wage and get some actual adults to work there.

I am so disappointed in one of your workers at the Idaho St location in Kalispell. I asked for her name and the staff refused to give it to me. She is a short girl with long light brown hair.
They made my sandwich wrong, so I went back to have it remade. I only have a half hour for lunch so I asked if they could start making it. The girl told me no. Then said she could void out my transaction. I told her I would just like my sandwich made correctly and I would like to be able to eat the lunch I drove there twice to get..
I asked if they started on it yet and she got mad and told me if I talk to her one more time she will void the transaction.
This is not how your employees should be handling customers. She was sarcastic, rude and disrespectful after they made my sandwich wrong. Completely uncalled for.

I ordered the number 7 after the teenagers finally decided to acknowledge me after a few minutes of trying to make a contact and so I could figure out, what they were going to put on my sandwich and the kids fighting about moving the cooler, So he could sweep. I asked a refund. the girl making sandwiches. Said “Good, I’m sick of today. Can you tell? I don’t want to make anymore sandwiches.” I will never go back.

I come to Jimmy’s often. Today i had no choice but to order online as i have sick kids at home and cannot leave. The door dash page does NOT offer cheddar on the sandwiches. So I called the store after I placed the order and the girl who calls herself a manager refused to throw a slice of cheddar on the sandwich. I even offered to pay over the phone SEPARATELY for the cheese alone and still was denied. She was not friendly or helpful. She didn’t even TRY to fix the issue, just pushed me off on doordash. I am the GM for another restaurant in Kalispell and I do whatever I can to make our customers happy. I will not be returning to Jimmy’s after this bcuz apparently customer service isn’t something important to them! 🙁

I had the East Coast Spicy Italian sandwich, which I ate too fast to photograph, and it was pretty good. I got the 8″ sandwich for about $7 and it was filling, believe it or not. And I’m not really a “small” guy either.
And when they say freaky fast, they sure seem to mean it. I’d barely sat down and our sandwiches were already done.

Amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The owner isn’t above rolling up his sleeves and getting dirty. This is the best Jimmy John’s I’ve ever tasted and ever had the pleasure of going to. Always a friendly hello and smile when you come in. Downright treated like family.

Disappointing visit to Jimmy John’s. The service was lacking, staff seemed uninterested and one employee acted like our presence was an inconvenience. The food was subpar this time: bread was extremely hard, sandwich was thrown together carelessly, and we didn’t receive the pickle we ordered. Usually expect quick, reliable service here, but this visit missed the mark. Hopefully just an off day, but definitely not the experience we were hoping for.

This review regards the new menu style, they dont even tell you whats on your sandwich anymore. I personally physically cant down any amount of mayo, lettuce, or tomato or i will instantly vomit. But of course i took a bite before checking my sandwich because these three items were never listed under the sandwich i bought. So now i had to spend 20+ minutes dissecting my sandwich from an inedible meal to a micro serving of meat wrapped in some bread. I shouldn’t have to remake my $8 sandwich at home so i can eat it without puking!

The Kalispell Jimmy Johns is one of the few fast food places I never have any issues with other than not wanting it. The service is great with nice employees every single time I’m in there. The delivery service is also awesome. The food is always good. The only issues can be with how you make your sandwich. The building is set up in such a way that it accommodates dine-in and pickup without intruding on the other. Great place. 5 stars.
